There lived the Guardians and there no one would mess with no matter what. One of the Guardians got married and had a daughter, he didn't let the witch know or find her. My named Stella Moonbeam Nightswan and was taken care of by a peasant family, but at night I would go and visit my father.
Then one night the witch found my father, but it was to late he was finished teaching all that he could to me. Knowing that this would be the last time that anyone was going to get in her way, the plan could finally start and go into play. Not much would stay the same like it was before, but this would be her time to shine and to rule the kingdom.
"Go, for I can not teach you any more my dear. This was our last lesson and for a long while, the witch is here and you need to disappear for a while. Go and live in peace with my friend Jason, he will be like me in the way of a father that will love you."
The Guardian says to me, I started to walk away, but turn to see the pendant that use to be my mothers on the bench next to where her father use to sit. I grabs it and starts to go when I hears, "You are the one that would have caused me so much trouble if you were wise enough to hide longer Japhare."
"You have no idea who will finish you Kai. You may think that I am the last that is the way it will seem to you, but take warning that there is someone else that I loved enough to send away so you won't get her."
" Oh well I will find her and kill her just like I am going to kill you."
With that Kai took her dad's sword from where it was at his side and almost did a queen of hearts thing from Alice in Wonderland. She went with the stab the man through the heart, I was well hidden, though she saw everything that happened and heard everything as well. I ran up to my dad to see if he was still somewhat alive, he was.
"I found this on the seat where we were siting and I wanted to bring it back to you," I say to him with tears in my eyes.
"It is for you, it was your mothers and she never got a chance to give it to you before she died. You need to remember just because I wasn't able to hide from Kai as long as I might have needed to, you must remain hidden until the time you know and think is best. You are smart and wise, just like you mother, but you are also the last guardian. You are very much like me in more ways than one so please do be careful and be on your best guard."
He said with his last breath, with that he stopped breathing in my arms right then. I cried because I needed him, I needed my family and I don't even have that now. I knew that this was going to be very long year and years to come. Then I was the only girl that could kill or at least foil Kai's plans.
Four years later, Stella was now working for the king and queen. She was loved by them and they treated her like family. The queen had her help with a task that was just for her son, they hid a note that would be for him in the future. One day while Stella was work in the hall, the prince came walking past her. He stopped and looked at her for so long that she was starting to get nervous around him. She was the most beautiful peasant. Even though she was a peasant she was loved and hated. One day she was working, and the prince walks by, he turns and starts to talk to her. From then on they would talk all the time while Stella would do her job, the prince would walk next to her, little did they know that these actions would have some consequences in the future.
" What is your name? If you don't mind me asking," the prince asked one afternoon while Stella was cleaning his room.
"My name is Stella Nightswan, and I have lived in the village for a while." She said to him, what she didn't tell was her father was the Guardian before her; now that he is dead she has taken the responsibility, or that the wicked old witch of the kingdom hated her. Stella was working for the king one day and the king told her that if she was to work very good she would get to go overseas to his permanent castle and work there for a while. That would allow her to get money to become what she wants to be.
The prince and Stella would always end up meeting in the hallway at some point. They kept meeting like this, so they finally agreed to go on a date. They found out that they liked each other, and that she was the only girl in her 'family.' Together they would fix different things, and she didn't even know that even with what was going on with Luke or his family. The one thing that she was not counting of was that the witch was looking.
The witch found out and was so mad. She told the king and the king told Luke," You are never to meet with Stella ever again."
That did not stop Luke from seeing Stella, he would sneak out of the palace and go to the riverside, and there he would wait for Stella. They always met there at the rivers edge. Then one night Stella did not show, the prince was so worried that he went looking for her. He found out that the king had sent her away to a different kingdom. From that day forward the prince was never the same.
One day the king asked, "Why are you so sad."
Luke just said, "You should know father."
The king said. "Was it because Kai (the witch) sent Stella away for the summer?"
Luke said, "Just for the summer, the witch said you sent her away for good. That is all she is dad, the witch, I will never call her by her real name."
". I would never to anything like that", said the king. Then the witch said, "oh but you did you highness."
". Witch," said the king, "What is the meaning of this out rage?"
". When you married my daughter you sign on the doted line of the counteract," says the witch
". I do not remember any contract," says the king.
". Of course you would not remember, that is because it look like a regular piece of paper to you," says the witch.
". By you signing that paper I am now able to send any one I wish away from the palace and I do not need you to agree with me, or the princes for that matter."
"Then why keep us around," says the prince, "you have everything you need."
The king says, "No she does not. The thing she needs is leaking is a child of her own to rule the kingdom. Isn't othat right witch?"
The witch says, "That is exactly my problem that is also why I sent the Stella girl away. I did not want her to interfere with my plan to take over the kingdom."
" I love Stella and I will never love you or your daughters. That is for a fact I will never love again because Stella is my true love," says the prince.
". Foolish boy, you will do as I say or you will never see Stella ever again. If you both refuse to do as I say you both will never see the light of day ever again." says the witch. The king and prince said together, "Never in my life would I help a hag like you take over a kingdom."
Then the Prince answers alone, "As long I am still alive, I will always love one only Stella."
The witch turns and frowned, this is not what she had in plan. The king and prince would not budge on the situation. The witch got so mad because she wanted to be the queen and make ciaos in the kingdom. She knew as long as the Stella girl was alive she couldn't touch her or try to kill her. For now she was not going to be a problem where she was right now.
