Remembering

Tonight was the night of my first concert as a country music star. The past month I've been so busy with trying to get this all set up but it hasn't took my thoughts of Brantley away.

I remember when I knew I was in love with him. My first boyfriend Tyler tried to force himself on me and Brantley came to help. I had never seen him that angry before.

Flashback

"Tyler, I said no!" I yelled at him while trying to push his hands away from my shirt that he was trying to take off.

Tyler didn't like to be yelled at by no one so when I yelled at him I knew I messed up.

He pulled his hands away and gave me a murderous glare. He raised his right fist and was about to punch me but a hand grabbed his fist.

"Don't you dare touch her!" I heard Brantley growl out at Tyler.

"I can touch her if I want to she's my bitch."

Brantley pulled his hand back and started to beat the shit out of Tyler. I could hear Brantley cussing up a storm at Tyler as he kept beating him but I knew that I had to stop him.

"Brantley! Stop!" I shouted to get his attention. He turned to look at me and was about to say something but I cut him before he could. "Please, I'm ready to go home."

Brantley quickly stood and put his arm around me and started pulling me to his truck.

"You okay darlin'?" Brantley asked as we pulled away. My heart started fluttering. I always had a crush on Brantley but looking back he was always there for me and cared more about others than his ownself. But tonight was the first night he called me darlin' and hearing him calling me that and how much concern and worry that his voice and eyes held made me realized he's who i want but I also know he only thinks of me as a friend.

After, that night he always called me darlin'. I never heard him call anyone else that nickname and even Kolby told me that Brantley hadn't called anyone else by that nickname. And one night Kolby slipped up and called me that and Brantley told him that he'll beat the shit out of him if he called me that again and that was his nickname for me.

Ma heard him and smacked the back of his head. She told him, "I tought you better than to cuss.".

End of Flashback

There was so many little things that has made me fall in love with Brantley. He's a kind hearted man and would do anything for the people he cared about. I love the fact that he refers to his mama as angel.

I'm sitting here looking out at the audiance and I can't help but tear up at the sight before me. Brantley is sitting there with arm around Jana and is talking to Ma and Kolby. I see Jana rolling her eyes at whatever is being said.

I'm not the best judge of character but Jana seems like that she's only with him to boost her fame. (Nothing against Jana. And I don't know why Jana and Brantley split.) Ma even seems yo not like her. Kolby told me he thinks she's just using Brantley.

Time skip
I'm going to skip where she sings, that away you can make youre own list of songs she sings.

I head to my dressing room to get changed when my manager tells me that Kolby, Ma, and Brantley are coming backstage. I can't help but wonder weather or not Brantley will talk to me again.
