My name is Y/N and this is my story of how my somewhat normal life turned upside down due to video game characters.

"Look S/N just becuase you play War Age twenty four seven doesn't mean you know anything about Assassins Creed. It is proper history on real historical events, not your games that are all world war shooter games"

I let a small smile slip as I listen to my sibing and friend argue about games.
"F/N Hey shooting games teach you good skills just becuase you don't find them appealing you uncluttered chicken nugget"I laugh at them as I walk around the kitchen pulling out leftovers for us. "You both know I can hear you all the way in the kitchen, please stop shouting, we don't need the neighbours hearing you all the way over here" I call out to them both.

"Sorry Y/n" they both shout out before they both quiet down. A little after five minutes S/N walked into the kitchen and sat at the table.
" Hey do you mind if I have my friends over tomorrow they want to hang out this weekend" I finish up getting the three plates of food ready for us and our assassins creed gaming marathon.

"Do you have work tomorrow or are you off for the day? I don't mind as long as you do your smoking outside or in the shed I'm not having the hosue smell like weed again" I say as we both head into the lounge room.
" we won't smoke in here and no I don't have work for the next two days so I'm free if you need to do any shopping, I do want to get some munchies for tomorrow" I nod as we sit down I'm the lounge room. I had a plate to S/N and F/N.

"We can go down to the servo later tonight and get some stuff for tomorrow, what Game are we playing first?" I ask looking to our collection of games
"Assassins Creed 3!! It's got Connor and he is one of the best assassin's and it's one of the best games" S/N shouted grabbing the game before F/N shouted back at them.

"Excuse Me?!?! Assassins creed Black flag is the superior game! You just don't like that you suck at sailing in it. And besides James Kidd is a total hottie"
I started laughing as S/N did a fake gag F/N flipped the bird at them.
"I hate to burst your bubbles but you are both shouting again. And Rogue is the best" I say as the both look at me furious. As I pick up rogue and put it into the console.

"But you play as a Templar?!?!" They
both say pouting. We all start eating our food as we wait for AC Rogue to load up as the screen started to glitch and change thought all the different Assassins Creed game logos.
"Hey S/N did rogue get a new update, DLC or something, this isn't the normal opening for the game" I said turning to look at them. F/N gets there phone out before looking up any updates from Ubisoft.

"There's nothing stating it and no trailers or notifications, are you sure the disc isn't scratch or the console isn't over heating?" I get up before walking over to the console and hitting it to try and make it work. " I told you this console is shitty, but Nooo, no one ever listens too me" F/N says, I glare over to them before hitting the console again.
"Come on please baby don't ruin our night"

The screen goes black and I let put a sad sigh before it turns back on, loud static that almost deafening and the screen goes bright.
"I can't see anything" S/n yells. 
My ears start ringing and I try to regain my sight.

 
I felt something touch my shoulder before I punch them "S/N if this is one of your pranks I'm going to strangle you!" I yell blinking rapidly to try and stop seeing white stars an specs. I finally gain my sight and hearing back to hear someone groaning in pain.
