"I'm sorry.." He tried his best to sound cute. "You know that it's just cuz' we care about you."

"I know.." I giggled. I could never stay mad at him. Even when he was a proper ass.

"Hey, can I take my nose out of the dirt now?" I heard Lola call from behind me.

"Get over here, dumbass," Thom answered for me. Lola trotted over, pushing us both playfully.

"It's nearly time for dinner," Lola pointed out, observing the placement of the sun. We only had a few hours of daylight left.

"We should be heading back," Thom continued. I nodded and began walking back towards the Academy, my Betas at my side.

"Hey, _____?" Lola called about five minutes into our walk. I hummed to let her know I was listening.

"How are you planning to go back to Zero's room...?" She asked, leaning into me a little. I chuckled quietly.

"Open the door?" I replied, thinking it to be obvious. I had learned years ago how to open doors while I was in wolf form. I was almost an expert at it now.

"But like, a massive black and white wolf just strolling through the Sun Dorms.." She started. "Don't you think that will draw some attention?"

"I'll be careful.." I murmured, beginning to doubt my own plan. I could practically feel Thom rolling his eyes.

"If you need us, howl or something," He muttered just as we arrived at the fountain. I giggled lightly.

"Okay, mom," I nudged his shoulder.

"Say what you like," Lola giggled. "We're only looking out for you, sweetheart."

"Right, whatever.." I snorted, jokingly. I turned to walk towards the Sun Dorms, walking backward so I could see the two wolves walking in the opposite direction. I had to refrain from laughing at the bloody purple wolf strolling down the path. Must remember to get some brown hair dye for her.

"Goodnight, you two!" I chirped. I heard the two friends chorus a reply before they trotted off towards their dorm.

It seems that I have discovered a problem.

I mean, getting in was easy. And the curfew made sure that I wasn't caught. I got into Zero's room just fine, I mean, he looked a bit confused. I had to scratch at the door so he would open it.

It's just... I seem to have forgotten some critical information.

"______?" I visibly jumped at the knock on the door before covering my face with my hands. I remembered this critical information almost immediately after I got into his room. I bolted towards his bathroom and closed the door behind me.

"______, are you alright?" Zero, once again knocked on the bathroom door. I buried my hands in my hair. This is probably the single most embarrassing moment in my life.

"Er... Y-yeah?" I gulped, cursing silently at the quiver in my voice.

"What's going on?" I groaned and leaned my head against the door. My cheeks were almost burning from embarrassment.
