The day had eventually come, I was going to Triple Pebbles camp, it was a Christian Camp, but I honestly didn't mind that too much as I was sorta Christian but not super hardcore I suppose. The car ride there was absolutely crazy, three people squished in the back. The three people were Kevin, me in the middle- I know, how lucky of me, and Noah. Noah was a non-binary type of person. They were very amazing.. and previously my date mate as they call it, but we split it off as we didn't really click as before when we were friends. So we decided it best to just remain friends. But, anywho continuing on. Not only was it three people, cramped into the back, but it was also three backpacks one which was Noah's wasn't really a backpack, it was more a ukulele package. Adding on with another extra backpack for Noah. So it was pretty squished in the back, but it was pretty worth it, half the time we were distracted, either listening to music or sleeping. Time flew by pretty slow. But we eventually had arrived at the camp. The fog had just started setting in, the rain hitting as well.  The rocky road making a bit of a struggle for the luggage, but we had managed anyhow. We were told to head straight to the tent where we would be greeted by our cabin leaders. Noah, Kevin, and I all ended up having the same cabin. Along with 6 other girls. Which I hoped wouldn't bother me too much, as I had Noah, and Kevin to entertain me from the slight social awkward anxiety had. After a bit of having to wait around we eventually ran into our cabin group leader. Her name was Maggie. She was short, shorter than me. Medium length curly hair, she had a funky style of clothes but it wasn't too much of a bother.  As we introduced ourselves to Maggie, we were heading down to the cabin. Walking down a lovely road, with a bunch of other cabins, and a huge field, it all was split obviously. But it was split perfectly to where it works just right. I was able to stay with my flock and hopefully that flock didn't try to combine with me too so that I had the opportunity to just stick with Kevin and Noah and hopefully become closer with them. I had chosen my bed which was close enough to Kevin, headboards collided with wood, lovely wood I would say. Kevin and I were always inseparable when they had the chance to be such. Camp was the perfect time to do such. I had slammed my suitcase- yes I did bring a suitcase- down on the bed, relieved to have that weight off my shoulders for a bit, after this had happened, I walked over to Kevin's bunk and plopped next to him, already feeling my socially awkwardness kicking in. I just remained silent, sitting next to Kevin. After everyone had settled in, we had decided that we should introduce ourselves before we went to meet up with our so called "Luggle" groups. Whatever that was. It involved mixing with a boy cabin group, which I had instantly assumed was gonna be no fun what-so-ever. But I had no other choice. I decided I was to stick with Kevin like there was no tomorrow, too afraid to socialize with the other girls in our cabin. Whether with anyone at all. Once the whole awkward introducing was done, we walked out of our amazingly comfortable cabin and headed to the field. There, we saw a huge group of boys. Of course however by huge I only meant 8 guys, seemed like a lot to me. However, I didn't know at the time that this moment would change camp up a bit...
