This has Captain America: The Winter Soldier spoilers, only from the end, but that's where the good stuff is at. Anyways, that's how it starts. :)
The alarm clock beeped and I slammed the alarm clock with my fist, groaning and screaming, "Shut up! Shut up! Shut up!" The sound of barking was heard and I groaned, sitting up and removing a strand of hair from my mouth. I looked to my dog and got out of my bed, "Fine, I'll walk you." I smiled, ruffling her fur. I put the harness and the leash onto my pup, putting my slippers on and walking out in my pajamas , not caring anymore.
"Come on, ChiChi, c'mon girl." I said, leading the dog out the fence and to the sidewalk. "Hey, Mia!" A few voices called out as I walked by. "Hey, folks." I waved in reply.
Everyone around knows me and most people love me. Most.
I walked by the highway when I noticed my neighbor, Steve Rogers AKA the Captain America. I furrowed my eyebrows, bringing ChiChi to my friend, "Gigi, watch her, please." I said. Gigi nodded, grabbing the leash before I ran to him.
I read his mind and walked to him, "I know what happened." I said. He knows about my abilities, unlike the rest of the world. He looked at me and looked away. "He was a good man turned bad. The old Bucky's still in there." I said, walking to him, leaning against the railing and looking up at him. "There has to be some parts of him in there. You have to unlock them. Right now, they're behind brick, but brick can be broken. Everything, everyone, can be broken. Remember, with an enemy, which he currently is, you can't give up. But with a friend, you can't fight. Not hard." I smiled. "You just have to find him. It's like a dam, once the water is flowing and one brick is pulled, water pours out. Same thing with memories, unlock one memory, more come after that, and link to that one. Don't give up on him." I said.
A lot of people think I'm good at talking to people, I can be inspirational, I know that, but I'm not too wise. Not like other people.
Steve looked down at me and smiled, "Thank you, Mia." He said. "C'mon, gimme a hug." I smirked, opening my arms wide. He rolled his eyes and wrapped his arms around my smaller figure. Him and I have known each other for a while, at first we were strangers, then friends, then best friends, then boyfriend and girlfriend until we decided we weren't meant for each other in that way, so we became best friends again.
I heard someone clear their throat and we pulled away, looking at the one and only Sam Wilson. "Okay you two, Cap and I have to get going." Sam said.
"I can help out. You know how strong I am. And I can do a few things." I stated, snapping and making a spark emit from it, a flame going into my palm.
"Look, whoever he used to be, the guy he is now, I don't think he's the kind you save. He's the kind you stop." Sam said to Steve. I don't know if I could do that." Steve replied, still not meeting his eyes."Well, he might not give you a choice. He doesn't know you." Sam added. "He will. Gear up, it's time." Steve said, beginning to walk away.
Sam and I looked at each other, confused, "You gonna wear that?" We asked him. "No. If you're gonna fight a war, you gotta wear a uniform." He smirked.
I hope you enjoyed!
