The Beginning

Ethan woke up to a faint tapping noise on his window. He slowly leaned up, throwing the covers off of him. As he took step off of his bed, he slowly approached the window. His eyes wandered around the backyard, analyzing every item. "I hate those damn raccoon's." He turned around and headed for the bed. "Ethan! Let me in asshole it's cold out here!" He jumped lightly while turning around, "shit Anna don't do that." She had a long smirk across her face as he opened the window. She crawled through the window laughing loudly. "The look on your face was priceless, haha!" Ethan ran up to her, "shh my moms still up." He rapped his arms around her waist as he softly kissed her neck. "Miss me?" she giggled lightly. "You know I did." He pulled her hoodie off revealing her dark red hair. She was short with bright blue eyes, she flashed her lashes at him. "That's all? A hoodie?" He shook his head as he slowly pulled her shirt above her head. Suddenly there was a loud racket down stairs that made them both jump. Anna reached for her shirt and quickly put in on. "Wait here." Ethan walked out of his bedroom door and cautiously down the stairs. He flicked the light switch on and found his mother passed out on the floor. "Mom!" Ethan ran towards his mother, shaking her shoulders. "Mom! Please wake up!" his eyes spotted a needle and medal spoon. "No... No, No,NO! Why would you do this again!? You promised!" Anna ran down the stairs, "whats wro-..." she paused while looking at Ethan gripping onto his mother. "Ethan what happened?!" she grabbed out her phone frantically while dialing 911. Ethan wouldn't answer her he just kept gripping tighter and tighter. "Please mom... Stay with me."  he whispered.

The ambulance arrived running into the house,"Your going to have to step outside." Ethan zoned out and held him mother close. "Sir please move we have to help her." Anna placed her hand on Ethan's shoulder. "You have to let them do their job." he threw her hand away. "She's not breathing! What more could they do! How can they make her come back!" he looked up at her with tears streaming down his face. Anna covered her mouth as her eyes began to water. The paramedics slowly grabbed his mother laying her body flat. One paramedic felt for a pulse, he looked up at the other paramedic and shook his head. Anna held Ethan tightly as he cried into her shoulder. "Shhh I'm here. I'm here."
