One girl alone in a field of boys and boy minded people,

One girl in a field of ideas different to her own.

Who owns those ideas if she goes away?

One boy minded person asks: "Did you know the sink is dirty?"

A Nina replies: "No."

The boy minded person asks: "Why didn't you clean it?"

A Nina replies: "I don't know, maybe it's because I haven't really been in there. Or maybe it's because I don't constantly stare at the sink and everything that's wrong with the house."

Nina might have been a bit harsh, but the sink was dirty.

Why was the sink dirty?

Maybe the sink was dirty because it's being filled with spit and people's regrets everyday instead of water.

Maybe it's because the sinks true dark colours are showing from underneath the white porcelain it was made out to be from experiencing the pain and heartache of a human.

Maybe the sink is dirty because it was sick of hearing: "Hey Nina, did you know the sink is dirty?", and wanted to find out what would happen if "Yes." was finally the reply.

It wondered if the world would explode or if it would finally be able to go gallivanting through the field of boys like it  always wanted to and get a bubble bath while the boys tended to it's friends, Shower and Toilet.

What the sink already knew was that Nina did know it was dirty and didn't care to give the sink the bubble bath it oh so desired because Nina was sick of cleaning things and having nobody care or appreciate it, but the minute it's not how it's supposed to be Nina is told by the Boy Minded Person: "Hey Nina, did you know the sink is dirty."

So I, Sink, lay here and pray that for Christmas I get a bubble bath from the Field Of Boys.
