I crack open my shades and look out my window. The snow's already started to melt.
My phone starts to ring. I groan. I look at the caller ID. Oh. It's Mom. I answer the call.
"Cream?" my mom asks. "Yes Mom?" I respond. "I'll be coming home late again, dear." Mom states in a sad tone. "Alright. I'll make myself dinner. You don't have anything to worry about." I reassure her. "Okay, I just wanted to tell you. I'm so sorry that this happens so often." Mom apologizes. "Mom, it's fine. I'm used to being home alone!" "If you say so, sweetie. Oh! I have to get back to work! Goodbye sweetie, I love you!" "Love you to, Mom." I manage to get out before she hangs up.
I walk downstairs to the kitchen and make some instant ramen for dinner.

I grab a fork and my bowl of instant ramen and retreat to my room.
I sit down at my computer desk and go onto Crunchyroll and watch anime while eating my ramen.

I've just logged into my favorite MMO, Magicks. I put in my earbuds and adjust my beanie.
I invite one of my only friends, IceChillz37, to a party. She immediately accepts the invite. I smile.

IceChillz37: Herro Cream!
CreamPie11: Wanna go search for a quest?
IceChillz37: Sure!
CreamPie11: Okay then, TO NARNIA!

We just finished a quest for the farmer. We had to round up all 505 of his chickens, that had escaped their pen.
CreamPie11: Yesss! *pumps fist in the air* I can go in the Colosseum now!
I wait for a few minutes and she doesn't respond. Maybe she's gaining EXP or something?
CreamPie11: You coming Ice?
IceChillz37: One sec. GTG to the restroom for Glace.
CreamPie11: M'kay! ^-^
Then I hear the front door open. Mom's home...
CreamPie11: I gotta go, my mom just got home. See ya later Ice!
