Chapter 4

I gasp.

Wait.

I was kinda being chased by the bro pack.

I try running in my heels. 

It doesn't work very well.

"GO GO GO!!!" I yell as I quickly climb into the shotgun seat.

"What's the hurry?" He said with his adorable smirk planted on his face. 

"Well 1. You kinda told me to hurry, and 2. the bro pack is on a hunt. Now. GO!" I said as I chuck my backpack to the back.

He hit the gas like our lives depended on it.

This is one of the reasons why I love him.

He drives like a maniac.

"Can I steal these?" I grab the pair of black ray bans that were resting on the center console.

"What's mine is yours." He responded cornily.

I chuckled lightly and set the glasses on my face.

My arm hung on the door. I weaved my hand in the wind.

Sooner rather than later we arrived back to the place I'd rather not be.

"I promise I'll give you a ride after school." He said charmingly.

I sarcastically pouted and folded my arms across my chest. "Whatever."

Grabbing my bag I tried to make a dash towards the school.

I was yanked back.

"Alice. I hate it when we fight. Even though it's over the simplest things. Now, I'm sorry and I love you." He said opening his arms for the expected hug that was to come. 

I stepped into his warm hug that smelled like guy smell.

"It's a good thing that I love you too and your devilishly handsome looks. Otherwise you'd have to hit the road Jack." I smiled my goofy smile up at him.

"Now. It is time for day two my love. Take my hand." He said dramatically holding out his hand.

"We're off to Never Neverland." I responded taking his and in mine and linking our fingers together. 

(That's part of a song by Metallica. It's kinda our thing.)

"Hey guys!! Slow down!! Wait for me!!" Maria squealed from a little way down the parking lot with Kasey in tow.

"That boy isn't gonna make it." I sighed turning to Eric.

"This is true." He sighed in response. 

Maria slithered her arm around mine and yanked me towards the school.

Eric and I's hands still being linked, he was being yanked along as well.

The purr of a motorcycle engine filled my ears. 

Shaking Maria off I turn towards the noise. 

It's Jasper.

Who would've thought.

Turning to Eric I squeeze his hand and decide to speak my mind. "Let's have study group today." 

"Any specific reason why?" He nodded towards Jasper.

"Nope. I'm taken sweetheart. Remember?" I spoke out loud. 

"Oh, how could I could I forget..." He said soaked in sarcasm. 

"Ha...ha..." I responded sarcastically. Suddenly I hear the purr of an engine from behind me. 

My head whips in the direction of the engine and I immediately gasp.
