Bethany's POV

I got up at 6:30 in the morning because I heard something smash, and I was worried. I quickly got up, and ran downstairs to see my parents fighting and I knew how that would end. I sighed, then I got my mom out of there and we sat in my room she was crying I never seen her like this. I hugged my mom tightly " mom, I'm so sorry" I noticed that she had a bruise forming on her wrist. I let go of the hug, as she sighed " it's okay it wasn't your fault" my mom said in the most softest voice. " but we are leaving this place and moving" I sighed
"again?"

I finally got my stuff packed around 7:30 and my mom was waiting for me, I walked past my dad and glared at him and finally walked out the door. There was a silence for a long time but then I looked at my mom "where are we going..?" I forced a smile. "It's a surprise!" She smirked at me "mom you know I hate when you say that" I whined playfully. She smiled and I knew she was happy. After that it was kind of a blur and I just woke up as the car stopped. " mom where are we?" As I rubbed my eyes and yawned. "We are in New York!" She smiled as if her cheeks were about to rip apart from how hard she was smiling. "Great, another place for people to hate me.." I mumbled. "Please Bethany I'm trying here, okay?" As her smile faded away. "But did you ever think where we are going to live?" I sighed. "I already payed for a house" she laughed.

As we finally go to our new house I was surprised by the size, it was a big modern looking house "woah, how did you afford this all?" As a breathed out heavily. "Well we aren't poor!" My mom laughed, I guess you could say she was pretty cool. " mom when do I start school..?" Asking nervously butting the tip of my nails. "In 2 more days." She said with a smirk on her face "well I'm going to unpack I guess.." I ran upstairs with my stuff and looked at each room I picked the second biggest room because I assumed my mom would want the biggest room in the house. " MOM!!" I yelled for her, I heard her walk up the stairs "what's wrong?" She said looking confused " I was wondering if we could go eat out? Like sushi? Or pizza??" I smiled
"let's go with sushi!" A smiled formed on her face, my mom always loved sushi and so did I.

I was listening to music and soon fell asleep, but I hear someone yelling my name and I grab my phone and check the time it was already 5:03 "coming!" I quickly fixed my hair in a messy bun and put my sneakers on. " are we going for sushi?" As I yawned "of course we are." As we walked outside and my mom locked the door, we made our way to the car " mom what if he finds us?" I get a recess feeling in my stomach as I froze

*FLASHBACK*

"Hey Bethany look over here!" I turn and sighed "what Britney!" She gave me a death glare " go die!" As I fell to the ground, she punched me in the stomach over and over again " stop I can'ttt.. Breathee!"

*FLASHBACK ENDS*

"He won't, but if he does we will move again." As I looked at her not remembering what I asked her
"So what type of sushi are you going to eat?" I smiled looking excited "maybe fish eggs? Or fried tofu?" My mom looked confused on what she was going to order. I smiled and feel asleep again still tired from before. " we are here!" She shook me lightly, I smiled "yay" but my eyes are still closed.

As we walked to go inside someone bumped into me "I'm so very sorry" I say trying to help the person up . " it's alright" he chuckled at I froze looking into his hazelnut eyes " oh um, sorry again.." I kinda hid my face in my hands awkwardly "mom I'm so stupid!" She laughed at me and I sighed and walked inside the sushi restaurant. "Well to Hiro Sushi" a man greeted us "I'll have fried tofu and mom?" I looked at her "fried tofu as well" she smiled at me. We waited for about 10 minutes and I seen are sushi come in on a little train " oh my gosh that's amazing!!" I smiled " I'm so happy that you are finally happy by the way mom." She looked at me with her Bambi eyes. I smiled at her, after we finished our supper we went home
"Goodnight mom I'm going off to bed" I smiled when I got in my room I locked the door and changed into my pajamas. I grabbed my phone and went my social media, I notice that my only friend Tyler posted a picture of me and it said

"Bethany I already miss you and I hope I see you soon" i sighed then fell asleep...

*beep beep beep beep*

I got up and I smelled breakfast I smiled and went to my bathroom which was in my room. I took a shower and thought about Tyler's post and sighed, I later got out of the bathroom with a towel and I quickly got dressed I wore a baggy shirt that was black with some jeans and I tied an elastic to make my shirt less baggy, I thought I looked alright.. I ran downstairs and I sat at the table " what are you making mom?" I asked playing with my fingers " bacon and pancakes" I smiled "yum you know those are my favorite !" I just waited until the food was done and I got served by the most awesome mom ever. "So you have school tomorrow are you going to be okay?" I got the recess feeling in my stomach again "I guess I will be aright" even though she knew I was lying she sighed "how about we go shopping for new clothes?" My mom smiled "why not." I smiled and we quickly went into the car she kept driving and we stopped "we are here!!" My mom said with excitement, I grinned at her.

We went into the mall, my mom bought me four pairs of jeans, black leggings and some t-shirts. "Thank you mom" I smiled, we stopped for smoothies and they were so good. "Mom I miss Tyler" I sighed "well Tyler didn't know what was going on, and we had to leave Bethany I'm sorry maybe you can FaceTime Tyler in the morning?" I smiled "alright.." And I went upstairs I looked in the mirror and cried I didn't want to go to school, but I understand that I have to learn and everything..I just don't think anyone will like me. I changed in pajamas and drifted off to sleep...
