Annie screamed, her deafening cry shocking those who's heads turned to hers. Katie wrapped her arms around Annie and began sobbing. Hayley started crying loudly into mommy's arm, who picked her up. Daddy was looking into the doctors eyes with hatred even though he knew that Dr. Romerd didn't do anything to.. hurt Caleb.
After about 1 hour in the hospital, Mrs. Jill came to pick up Katie. After 3 hours waiting in the hospital, the LeBlanc family got in the car to go home.
It was a very quiet trip, only Annie and Hayley's tears falling and their sniffs breaking the silence.
At home, Annie and Hayley immediately went to bed, but both in Annie's bed. Only they would never sleep. They would cry all night.
