Chapter 1 the beginning

" Honey, it's time to go to school" called Maya's mother. "Do I have to go" groaned maya. Maya got up slowly and cautiously because maya was blind ever since she was 5 she couldn't see. Life was hard for maya she had no friends, but she did have one friend her name was Nicole they've known each other since they were three, Nicole is the only person who knows how maya became blind, other than her mother. Maya was like no other blind person she was like every other teenage girl, she loved one direction, that's enough right. Since maya was blind she was made fun of a lot at school and she hated it but she always knew it was coming because Nicole never left her side she was alway there to warn maya.

As maya got helped onto the bus she was in a good mood she knew it she knew something good was going to happen. " over here" called Nicole, Maya's mother led her to the seat and sat her down. As always Nicole took Maya's phone from her backpack and put on one direction music. They danced in there seats but maya just bobbed her head. Nicole knew maya was in a good mood, maya is barely ever in that good of a mood, she got suspicious. "Maya are you ok " asked Nicole. Maya didn't answer she just had a happy thinking face . "Maya...hello?" Said Nicole. " yes Nicole " said maya. Nicole didn't speak until they got to school. Nicole helped maya out of the bus and maya blurted out " SOMETHING GOOD IS GOING TO HAPPEN TODAY I KNOW IT!!!!!!". " what are you talking about maya you can't tell the future" said Nicole. "But I can feel it in my mind" said maya. Nicole didn't talk to her for the rest of the day, but maya was talking to Nicole. It took awhile for maya to get Nicole to speak to her. Though she couldn't see the expression on her face she knew Nicole was thinking something she just doesn't know what." What do you think is going to happen?" Asked Nicole." How am I supposed to know I said I can feel it it's not like I know exactly what's going to happen" said maya. The bell rang for class so Nicole sat in her seat after she helped maya to her seat. "Good morning everyone" said mrs.Edwards."good morning mrs.Edwards" groaned the class.
