Chapter 8: Its Not What It Looks Like

I puffed and sat down between Rydel and Ross. "Hey Babe"I said and put my arm around Ross. He smiled and playfully rolled his eyes. I went on instagram for a second and saw, once again, millions of edits and fanfics with me and Ross, or me and Rocky. Sometimes every once and a while Ellington and Ryland will pop up. Everyone ships me with my brothers and Ellington. Everyone knows me and Riker are together and all but they still ship me with everyone else. I rolled my eyes and set my phone on the table. "What" Ross asked. "The edits never end"I say over exaggerated. He smiled. "Well at least we know the truth" Ross smiled and took my hands. "Oh stop they are going to see and take pictures" I laughed. Then the lines started flowing. When the first poster got to Ross I let go of his hand and let him sign. "Hi um can I maybe get a picture of you and Ross having a kiss on the cheek. Please?" The girl asked holding up her phone. "Sure. I don't even care anymore"I said and laughed. I turned to kiss Ross on the cheek. But he turned his head at the last moment. We ended up kissing on the lips. We pulled apart really quick. "Shit" I mumbled under my breath. "Thanks! That was even better"The girl squealed. Everyone was watching us. Riker and Rocky looked very mad. I sunk into my seat. I felt really uncomfortable and unwanted. Ross turned so he was facing me. I was staring at the ground. Ross pulled me into a hug. "Don't worry it was just one picture. No one is mad at you" He said. I nodded. But we both knew that I was going to be yelled at. "I'll protect you" Ross whispered and then turned back. We finished signing after what seemed like forever. We were all walking down the hallway. Then Riker walked up to Ross and slammed him against the wall. "What the hell were you thinking back there" Riker yelled. I started running towards them. "Riker! Stop" I yelled. "Shut up" He yelled back. Ross tried to push him off but it was no use. I grabbed Riker's arm. "Please, baby. Stop it. Don't do this. He's your brother" I said. "Your right. He is my brother. So why did you kiss him" Riker looked at me. "It was suppose to be on the cheek but Ross didn't know and turned his head" I said getting closer to Ross. "He probably did on purpose" Riker growled. "No. No. Baby it was an accident" I said. "Wrong" Riker said and raised his fist. Before I knew it I jumped in front of Ross. I feel pain in my face. I fell to the ground. My hand flew to my face. Riker looked mortified. Rocky ran over to me. "Don't touch me" I growled "Don't you fucking touch me" I finished and tried my hardest not to cry. Ross held his hand out to me. I grabbed it and stood up. I threw myself in his arms and started crying. "Baby. I'm sorry. I don't know whats been getting into me lately" Riker said. "Just. Just don't even try to talk to me. I think we should stay at a hotel tonight. Um. I want my own room. With Lex" I say and look over at Rydel "Want to share a room maybe"? Rydel smiled and nodded. I smiled. I ran over to her. She engulfed me in a hug. "These boys are so stressful" I whisper. "I know girlie"Rydel whispered back. I wiped a tear away and walked with Delly to the bus.
