My new friend

Hi I am Vanessa I am a high school student. I am a freshmen.I just can't wait until I meet my friends I really hope my friends are in my class.

Morning
I woke to my phone playing the song mercy by Shawn Mendes. I woke up got out of bed.I did my morning routine until it was time to go to school. As I walk in my new school. I can feel my heart beating faster and faster every step I take. My palm wet with sweat. As I walked in I heard my name "Vanessa over here" I saw my friend Angilina screaming. As I looked over I saw my other friends until I saw him. The one who broke my friends heart why was he there. I walk over and my friend Gina and Sapphire said "Hi" I said hi back to them as I said hinto my other friend I heard a voiced that I knew pretty well it was Jake my best friends ex. I turned around to look at him. I turned around he said "Hi" i said hi back to him hoping I don't want to be close to him what if he breaks my heart just the way he my friends but looks like that all forgave him. I don't know if I should or not?
