Heroes!

Character Introductions Pt. 1

Hi, it's Rai. I'm going to introduce the Dream Team's Hero personas. I'm helping with many others on this book. This will include the first 4 heroes and their past. I will also narrate the story when needed.

Jamiya (Zilla Verbeck)
Age:17
Height: 5'8"
Zilla Verbeck. Quiet at Times, Friendly, Outgoing, gets irritated at times and is cheerful. At the age of 6, Zilla's parents never got along. There were always loud arguments containing, screaming, loud yelling, and loud crashing noises. Whenever this happened, she would run to her big sister, Zara (who's 10). She would always care for her.

Zilla's father decided to leave out of their lives. Abandoning them. They weren't very wealthy either. They made a long journey to their grandmothers house where they'll be staying.

(Age 7)

One day, Zilla felt a sudden urge of power flowing through her body. She tried showing her mother what she could do with the new powers she had. She ended up killing her instead.

Later that year, Zilla and Zara was casually walking through the city (Where Do they live? New York?) and ran into a peculiar man. *Describe his looks here* Zilla worked up the courage to face this Villain, that goes by the name of Vitalinic. Her sister was taken away. She's never seen her since.

Now, she stays with her grandmother who is barely able to walk. Her goal is to find her sister and father and to see her mother in the underworld. She contacted the association and has a deal set up between them. She becomes a hero for them, she goes to see her mom and has help finding her missing family. Her power of using and manipulating shadows at her will and taking the dead as her own army got her the hero identity, Mistress Shade.

Rai (Nao)
Age: 16
Height: 5'7"
Nao. Meaning of calmness, serenity. She is quiet, honest, a bit rude, mysterious, sarcastic, rarely kind, and is caring when needed. Her past starts as a child of 7 years. Her parents had just been assassinated as they ran a famous company that everyone wanted to take over and her martial arts teacher took her in. She had been quite skilled as a child but she became one of the best assassins at the age of 14. Around that time, her teacher was assassinated in the same way as her parents. When she got to the scene, she only saw the men that did the job running away. She then discovered her ability to manipulate sounds from her anger and sadness. She joined the association, in hopes that one day she will be strong enough to kill the assassins that took everything away from her. She took the hero identity of Zero, the meaning of nothing, as that's how she wanted her presence to feel to others. As if you could only hear the sound of the wind passing in her place.

Kennedi (Peyton Smith)
Age: 17
Height: 5'7"
Peyton, a very nice and kind girl. She was the one to not fight and would try to communicate her way out. But this all ended after her parents were killed when she was at the age of 13. She became fueled with the urge to revenge them, even though she knew that it would be hard to do so. She always knew that she had a supernatural power but she decided that now is the time to train so that she can avenge her parents. She now has a short temper but her kind heart still lies within her. Not only did she have the power of super speed, she was very skilled at using nunchucks and ninja stars. This is because her dad taught her as a self-defense mechanism because of their dangerous neighborhood. Many nicknamed her Blaze because of her quickness, so she took it for herself as well. When she found the association, she told them her story and quickly was taken in as her power could be useful to them.

Kara (Ivy Eros)
Age: 16
Height: 5'6"
Ivy Eros. A girl that is two faced. She can be sassy, quirky, and crazy but in one moment she can become cold and indifferent to her surroundings. This comes from her past of being an orphan and her feeling of aloneness in a cage. When she turned 15, she ran away from that hell to meet the creators of the association. They took her in and found out about her hypnotic powers and abnormally accurate knife throws. They trained her to use a knife and now she is here. She is still skeptical about the association and has her thoughts of escaping. Because of her power to make someone completely entranced and fixated on her, she took the hero identity of Riviette.

This is basically the positions of people on the team. Although everyone works cooperatively, there are those who take charge and keep everyone together.

Leader: Zilla
CoLeader: Peyton
This is because they were able to master their power beforehand and they are able to collaborate with the rest of the group the most.
Advisor: Nao
Risk-taker: Ivy
They tend to stick together. Even though they are close, they still bother and tease each other endlessly.

I hope you guys enjoyed the part 1 of introductions. I tried my best with the help of the Dream Team members mentioned in this chapter. Next up is Part 2 of characters.
