I feel in love with you like falling asleep. When I didn't want to I did, and when I tried to I couldn't. I knew you were bad for me, you were like a personal drug... and I was addicted. You hurt me..I let you. You stepped all over me...and I didn't stand up for myself. I never wanted to make you upset, any problem we had I kept down. I was too scared of losing you to stand up to you. You changed me as a person, made me grow up more than I wanted to. You caused me pain, made me cry, and question my worth. But yet, I could still never let you go. You put your hooks in me, and they were in deep.
Even though we've had our bad times, we also had our good. You made me laugh, made me feel normal, put a smile on my face. Made me feel loved. Gave me guidance when I needed it.
Now, I get I'm not easy to love, and neither are you. But we've got to bare with each other. Because with or without you.... I see blue.
