"AXOLOTL! MY TIME HAS COME TO BURN! I INVOKE THE ANCIENT POWER THAT I MAY RETURN!"

I bolted upright from my slumber, tear filled eyes and sweat drenched body. It's that dream again. It's not even vivid. Just that two toned voice and darkness. I need answers, I need to understand what that dream means. I do know one thing, whoever is the owner of that voice is calling for me, they need me.

I stood from my bed, leaving the black sheets in its chaos. I did not bother fixing anything, I could tend to that later. For now my main mission is to find where I must go. I make my way to the room in the furthest end of my hallway where my spell books, charms and potions are stored. This is what I consider as my study, my own personal room where I can spend my never ending life in. Not that I'm complaining, being an immortal witch does have it's perks. Yet I still long for the feeling of growing old, knowing and accepting that one day my existence shall perish into mere oblivion. My life, as it seems, is like a book which had lost it's first twenty pages. I do not remember how it all started. How it all happened. I do know that this story will never end. My existence is a blur that shall never be clear, never be unraveled even by any means of magic nor logic combined. You see, I am, and merely am a being of creation just like everything else in this mighty universe. Does God exist? I know not. Will he ever take me away from this world of filth and damnation? I know not. Nor do I know if I will ever finish this book I call life.

I wrapped my cold fingers around the silver door knob of the dark door, I inhale. If I do find this voice. Will my life finally be clear? Will I finally end this book? I know not. But I feel a great need to know. So I open the door and entered the room, inhaling the scent of the old grimoirs and poisons as I sat on the magic circle that had been carved upon the wooden floor. And so I started chanting, not that I pay attention to it. My lips open as my mind concentrates on my desires, and the words just comes out. I've lived long enough to memorize every spell by heart. A thousand and five hundred sixty years is not something to be looked down upon.

My eyes turned fully white, all colors faded away, only showing nothing but the veins on my eyeballs. The third eye on my forehead appeared, glistening as it showed the galaxies.

"Queen of Witches I summon thee, help your child to see." I muttered as a flash of light blinded me. And she was there in front of me, cupping my face as she showed me what I needed in my journey.

Events I've never witnessed flashed inside my mind. The apocalypse. The suffering of many. The merging of the Nightmare Realm with the realm we reside in.

"Lost in the rubble of the long forgotten events,
Resides the man who started the end.
Awaken him and save his soul,
Side by side to destroy what's foul.
Fear and your soul, to hell be send,
Hate and lose all your friends,
Love and your curse shall end."

"I don't understand! Where shall I go?"

"A place where the demon with one eye resides. Gravity Falls. Go child. But be warned, your emotions will either lead to your salvation or to your damnation."

"Your highness. By 'Your curse shall end'. What do mean by such words? Does it mean I'll perish?"

"I can only say so much, my child. I see many possible futures, in which some that you succeed and some you've failed to accomplish. Whatever happens is in the palm of your hands, child. You write your own story and only you will find out your true ending."

"Thanks. Great Grandmother."

She smiled warmly before everything faded back into reality. The eye on my forehead had faded back into nothingness as I caught my breath. Gravity Falls, the land of many anomalies and magic both good and bad. Not to mention the pesky unicorns. Yes I've been there once. Three centuries ago and I'll tell you this, the old folks weren't so jolly about a witch in those times. They thought I brought the anomalies upon them, tried to burn me at the steak.

Casting a small hex upon my things, furniture, clothes, books, potions, the list goes on. They all shrink and floated into my suitcase. A flash of an illusion spell to make it seem that I'm still in here, doing my daily routines just to keep my neighbors from stepping inside my domain. I teleported myself to the forests of Gravity Falls, a clearing not so far from town. Using magic to make a house like my old one appear, the black and white two story house I've loved dearly, in the middle of the forest is most likely illegal for it not being my property but as long as the police ain't here. Nothing is illegal.

Let's pro con this descendant of the witch queen thing here. Pros: You can be lazy as hell all day without worries, bend people to your will, make anything appear out of thin air, and you can heal any major and minor injuries and health malfunction. Cons: You'll be burned at a steak in Salem, you don't die and you get into weird crap like the one I'm going to get into now.

I floated all my stuff into place before unshrinking them when I heard voices. Drawing me out of my home.

I'm still here...

I'll always be watching each and every one of you...

Set me free...

By the time I opened my eyes the world was in monochrome. Light and colors devoured by mere darkness. But one stood out. A man with golden hair and a golden eye, the golden specks swirled inside of his pupils, dancing around like the stars in the wide universe. I saw the galaxies in his eye.

"Who are you?" he spoke, his one visible eye widened. I couldn't speak, couldn't move. My feet were unable to walk no matter how much my mind screams at it to move towards the strange golden man. "How did you get here?" The man asks again. He moved gracefully yet swiftly towards where I stood. Now in front of me, I could see his eyes more clearly. It was a tremendous light show of gold and white.

"Lost in the rubble of the long forgotten events, Resides the man who started the end." I blurted out without realizing. He rose a brow at me. "I'm here to set you free."

As the words slipped passed my lips the world regained it's color and the man in front of me was no longer golden. He was stone, grey and still. He had his hand stretched out as if to shake a hand. Without hesitation, I grabbed it. The runes that had burned upon my skin through the years glowed an ominous purple. "I set you free." I repeat as the stone started cracking, golden light excreting from each crack. The hand gripped my own and with one flash of gold, he was free. Alive right in front of me. He gasped for air as he trembled and fell into my arms. I sensed his energy drain away. "Thanks, kid." He chuckled out quietly before passing out. Using my magic to teleport us home, I set him onto my bed and went straight to my studies to cook up a health potion for him.

I found him. But how to I save him? How do I save me?
