I Only Liked How You Looked In The Light

Chapter 1

Another day, another magazine shoot. Lolla Travof is a world wide known model who is stunning 25 year old female. Right now Lolla is in New York City, in a dressing room she is currently getting in a bright mint green, backless spaghetti-strap mermaid dress that at the top is covered in olive green feathers. Soon after her hairdresser puts her shiny curly ginger hair into a braid with small green orchids in between the weaved hair pieces.

"Lolla! Five minutes until the shoot begins!" Lolla's manager and sister Marie shouts.

"Don't worry I'm almost done!" She responds, as she walks out into the almost blinding lights. The bright lights making her ice blue eyes almost glow. Her ginger hair shimmering in the light with every step she takes towards the middle of the room where the shoot will take place.

"Alright, Lolla you know what to do, just like we practiced." Marie stated while draping an arm over her younger, and shorter, sister.

"Alright, we've practiced this so many times it's basically muscle memory!" Lolla exclaimed while shrugging off her older sister's arm. Lolla gently eased into a position where she was sitting sideways with her left side facing the cameras and, the same side leg was flat against the floor with her toe pointed straight out. The right leg, however was crossed over her left leg and the right foot was planted on the floor right next to the left knee. She turned her head and looked straight into the camera, giving it a dazzling smile, showing her pearly white teeth. The camera flashed multiple times, the light would almost blind a normal person, but Lolla was used to it and it didn't phase her at all.

After multiple different poses she finally stood up and stretched out her stiffening limbs. The ginger looked over at her Brunette sister that was looking over the multiple pictures the photographer took, weeding out the ones that weren't so great. Marie soon rushed over to a man who had just walked into the room.

"Mr. Raven. It's good to see you, we just finished taking the photo's. Take a look and choose the ones you find suitable. I'll send those to the company had have them choose the one they like the most for the cover." The older sibling filled in the older gentleman. Who was wearing a Michigan State hat, covering his mop of dirty blond hair. The man flipped through the stack of fresh photo's picking out a few and placing them to the side, obviously making a smaller pile of ones he had chosen.

"Ah, Lolla, great job as always. Always meeting the highest of expectations." The man complemented the younger sibling. The man obviously was in charge of the duo, based on how the two brightened up at the complement given.

"Thank you Mr. Raven." Lolla had responded to the 36 year old man, who had complimented her. She was flushed from not expecting a compliment like that one. To others they could tell that this duo was the man's favorite group, from just seeing how he acted towards them, and how he treated his other groups of workers.

"Well, you should go and put on different clothes, maybe something comfy, I'm taking you two out to eat for this accomplishment." Mr. Raven told them, now it wasn't that he liked one of the two, no that wasn't the case. Mr. Raven had know the two since they were little, his father worked with the girl's dad, so he had always hung out with them, became a big brother to them. The only reason the two addressed him as Mr. Raven in front of others was because it was a work environment. Once they get out of that type of environment they would go back to addressing him as Peter.

Lolla changed out of the stunning dress into a pair of yoga pants, and an oversized short sleeved shirt. She enjoyed wearing things like this, it gave her more room to move, and it was breathable. She put on a pair of socks and slipped into a pair of maroon Converse. She stepped out of the dressing room after she had grabbed the jacket that was hanging on the hanger that was placed on the inside of the door. She walked over to the other two and slid the jacket on.
