Radiation soaked

Sara POV

I just got back from the doctor. She told me I was pregnant. I was very excited. I always wanted a family. Now all I have to do is tell Robert. This isn't going to be easy.
I finally get to the house. I notice someone else was in here. (Besides me and Robert of course.) Robert meets me at the door ( this isn't like him) and tells me our boss is here and has a mission for us. I looked at him with defeat. All I wanted to do was stay at home and cuddle with my boyfriend.
"Thanks for finally joining us," he said with an attitude
"Sorry I was at the doctor," I stated. He clearly wasn't in the mood for small talk." What's the assignment." I said as I held Robert's hand.
"You two will go to Sector Ten and bring back the survivors of that camp" he stated in a monotone voice.
" Ok sir," I said as he walks out of the house.
Robert turns to me and asks, "What did the doctor say."
"It was nothing," I said trying not to worry him.
"Ok baby lets start packing" we get two bags ready and head for the horses. Robert helped me on mine and when he was up on his horse we headed out.

Many hours later we finally made it to Sector Ten. The settlement was completely destroyed it looked like everyone was dead we get off the horses and we start looking through the rubble. After about an hour passed we searched everything structure we only found two survivors. A guy who was minorly injured and I got back to the horses I see there are two more horses than we initially brought. They're from our camp. I call out to Robert and he comes back with a woman in his arms, She was severely injured, he is followed by two other men. I started talking to them and my head started to pound with pain my vision goes burry before I sub come to the darkness one of the other men catches me before I hit the ground. Robert has handed over the woman to the other guy who had no one in his hands or is caring for someone and takes me from him.
We get to camp----------------
The woman died a few minutes before we got there. Robert starts calling for a doctor. She gets to me quickly. Robert tells her what happened she quickly takes me. 
Hours later----------------------------
I wake up in recovery. Robert is theirs. Some guards come in with guns. They said, " Robert Johnson Your under arrest."
"For what," he asked
"Forgetting a minor pregnant." A guard said
I looked down in disappointment because I didn't tell him my self. He instinctually looked at me. He noticed I was upset. "Can you guys let me say goodbye at least?" he said
"Yes but make it quick"
He put me in a tight embrace and said "I need you to be strong for the little one inside you, please for me" he held me for a minute, but it felt like an eternity. I started to cry. He tried to calm me down by saying sweet nothings in my ear but it didn't help. All of a sudden the leader of our camp came in apologized for the inconvenience and dismissed the men. We all looked at him with confusion. He started talking again
"I know this will be hard on my part but you will not be taken you into custody. She already stated this had consent." He hugged me he was also crying at this point but not tears of sorrow but tears of joy. A few minutes later the doctor came in the room discharged me and Robert carried me home. He told me he keeps promises but I know he didn't want me to pass out again. When we get home he is a mixture of mad and happy. He didn't yell at me. I could tell how aggravated he was.
"how long did you know," he said
"Since this morning" I stated
"When were you going to tell me"
"I was going to tell you this morning but we had a job to do so I was going to wait until we got home" Robert hugs me burring his face in my neck. He picks me up and carries me to the couch and holds me like I am a fragile piece of glass. I curled up in his chest. I know he would make a great father.
