I may not be the best "cover maker" but in this book i'll tell you guys how i make my covers and tips and tricks!!

Step 5: Click the plus, then insert the dust overlay picture

Step 6: Enlarge the picture so it covers the whole cover picture

Step 6: Choose any layer option on the bottom. I chose screen.

That's it! This is how it turned out:

Method 2:

Step 1: Using the app picsart, insert your cover picture into the edit section.

Step 2: Click add photo, then insert the dusty picture.

Step 3: resize the picture so it fits the whole cover

Step 4: Lower the opacity to your choosing

Then you're done! That was method 2! Which one do you prefer?
