People fall in love many times in their lifetime
There is a first love which is innocent and idealistic
A second love which is often narcissistic
And a third love that sums it all
The heart begins to beat in irregular rhythm
The mind loses its algorithm
The eyes are focused on only one thing
Your senses just all went missing
Then you start to sweat from head to toe
Hoping someone will save you from your woe
Because for a moment, time stood still
A stranger just bended your will
You felt love for the first time and it was pure
Full of ideals and everything was so sure
Then your first love left you in your sleep
Now pain, excruciating pain is what you may keep
The heart begins to beat in irregular rhythm
The mind loses its algorithm
The eyes were focused on only one thing
Your senses just all went missing
You were brave the second time you engaged love
It felt like you can watch over the game from above
But as the days passed by of this magical time
You thought you were strong but you're just blind
You set your standards and one finally met them
Perfect, unique, flamboyant from root to stem
Both of you traversing the road of passion
Then the path had some wrongful misdirection
Healthy to unhealthy, perfection into a disaster
No matter how you strive harder
This will definitely not last forever
And then one day, one of you left and surrendered
You cried for days hoping for the rain to come
All you can say is "That's it! I'm done!"
Exhausted and wounded but still want to fight
To fight for a love that you wish that was right
The heart begins to beat in irregular rhythm
The mind loses its algorithm
The eyes were focused on only one thing
Your senses just all went missing
You regained your strength as time ran its course
You walk this earth with a remarkable force
Strutting through the meadows like a mighty horse
Dressed in a robe sitting on your throne
Then it came, you heart beat once again
Unexpected but won't drive you insane
Unforeseen but just a gentle bane
Your knowledge about love will never be the same
The third one, the love that lasts
The love that washes away all your pasts
For joyful dreams one's has
It's their realization that removes your mask
The heart begins to beat in irregular rhythm
The mind loses its algorithm
The eyes were focused on only one thing
Your senses just all went missing
