Dogs

Prologue

           "IT'S MINE!" my brothers were fighting again. "NO IT'S NOT, IT'S MINE!" that's how my mornings always start 

        "LEO! AREN! STOP FIGHTING RIGHT NOW!!!!" that was my mom, she always yelled like that when my brothers fought. Just then I felt a little tug on my tail. 

      "Aiko! come play with me!" it was my little sister. "Not now Kino." I said softly. " I'm waiting to see who wins the fight." 

        Kino was adopted so she didn't have red fur like us. "But what if mom gets them to share?" she said, acting like she understood. 

        "She won't" I said "they'll never get along no matter how hard she tries." Kino actually has white fur, she also has red eyes which means she's an albino. "But-" she was about to say something when dad interrupted her. 

       " TIME FOR BREAKFAST!!!" dad yelled. all six of us sat down on the floor, there's me, Kino, Leo, Aren, mom, and dad.

       "BREAKFAST! BREAKFAST!" Leo and Aren chanted like that all the time! We didn't do much after breakfast but mom seemed sad the whole time. That day ended pretty fast and I slept like a puppy. I woke up late that morning and troted into the kitchen, but no one was there. I just figured I'd missed breakfast. I walked all around the house but nobody was there.

     "MOM! DAD! LEO! AREN! KINO!!" i yelled all over the town. suddenly I heard a soft whimper. it was Kino. "hey Kino what's wrong, where is everybody." i said.

     "gone" was all she said. But when I looked in her eyes I relized, we were all alone.
