Chapter 1

I sat down on the curb, crying. Why did I think it would be safe to come out to my family? While I was sobbing, I felt a warm hand on my shoulder. I looked up and saw a person, in a flannel shirt and jeans. "Are you okay?" She asked. "Well, my 'family' just kicked me out of our house, and I have no where to go, so I'm doing just fine thanks" I replied. She paused for a moment, and then said "Do you want to crash at my place? Not in a creepy way, just you remind me of something that happened to me a while back.." Her voice trailed off. "Are you sure? I'd really appreciate a place to stay for a few nights." "Its no problem at all," she said "My apartment is only a block or two away from here." "Thanks so much again, this means so much to me...?, what was your name?" "Amanda." The name suited her. "I'm Y/N".

(Time skip to walking into the apartment)

When I walked into the apartment, I instantly liked it. It had a cozy feel to it, without being to girly. A but like it's owner, I guess. " Welcome to my humble abode!" Exclaimed Amanda as we walked in. "I only have one bedroom, we might have to share a bed if that's not to weird for you." Being in no position to decline help, I replied "No, that will be totally fine!"

(Yes another time skip to going to bed)

"I think we should probably go to bed now." Said Amanda, as she looked at the time. "Yeah, But just one thing.. Will it be weird if I sleep in my boxers and a T-shirt?" I asked. "I was literally about to ask the same thing" replied Amanda. We both started getting changed into our pyjamas, if you could call them that. As we were settling down to sleep, Amanda started saying something. "Hey, Y/N? Just something I want to get out, I'm Gay." I can't believe my luck! I have found a cute queer girl, must.act.natural.. "Nice to meet you gay, I'm (Your sexuality)." We both laughed and chatted before drifting off to sleep.
