Chapter 1. Finding Out

As he opened the car door, there was a loud scream. He dropped his bag and ran in the house, the screams getting louder, he runs up the stairs and into the bedroom. He stops and hesitates for a second to see his daughter hovered over his wife on the floor.
Alana what happened! He yelled.
Alana looked up at her father wiping her tears. I just walked in the house and I heard a thud, when I ran up the stairs she was in here on here in the floor.
Call 911! He said worried
I did there on their way. As Alana said that there was a loud siren coming from outside.
James ran to the window.
It's them! He yelled as he picked up his wife and carried her outside to the EMS truck.
Alana ran after her father and got into the truck. Later that afternoon James and Alana are sitting in the waiting room, just then the doctor comes out. James and Alana jump up and runs to the doctor.
How is she? Is my mom okay?
Your wife is fine, it just that she has...
She has what? James said worried.
