Capitalization, it has around 20 rules of its own. Crazy, right? Well, it's simple, really.
Well, enough shit-chat, let's get to it!
First Rule: A pretty simple one, capitalize the beginning of a sentence. Easy to remember, yes? Well, I hope so.
Second Rule: Again, easy, capitalize peoples names. You do this because a name is considered a proper noun, we'll get into those later. Also, speaking of names, when you say "I" it has to be capitalized.
Third Rule: Capitalize the names of places. Places are also proper nouns, all proper nouns are capitalized. (Example: I went to Independence Hall yesterday, and I saw the Liberty Bell.)
Fourth Rule: Chapter/title names should always be capitalized. Also, the names of books, too.
Fifth Rule: Acronyms. An acronym is used for things/places like the YMCA, where the name is long and you use the letters of the beginning of each word for the... Damn, I can't explain it... Like STEM, S= Science, T= Technology, E= Engineering, and M= Math. Got it?
Wow, so not many people do this! Anyway, feel free to tell me anything I do wrong or miss, and I'll be sure to fix it!
