A Certain Dragon Filled World

Chapter One

Yelling, screaming were very things I heard as I ran from the scene in tears. Praying to God that they wouldn't notice that I was gone. I turned into the next alley only to be greeted by bright light and a giant upper torso landing in front of me. I wanted to run but I couldn't. It was like an unknown force was pulling me towards it. I quickly armed myself as I saw its glowing green eyes dart in my direction. I decided to move closer when I started to hear foot steps. I hid behind its ear, and it tilted its head as if knowing that I was hiding from something. Then my worst fear came into viewing. Two vampires came down the alley. Trying to hide my body completely, I scooted closer only to find that its skin was burning hot. Then I saw something move out of the corner of my eye only to find a young boy emerge from the giants nape (back of the neck). The two vampires found him intriguing and unarmed and decided to attack. The young boy was out cold when I tried to wake him up. So I decided to take matters into my own hands and used every ounce of my uncanny strength and pulled him the rest of the way out. Just a few minutes later I found myself jumping from roof to roof with the boy on my back. Then everything as I knew it fell apart as I started to feel light headed and my vision started to go blurry. I had no clue what was going on, but all I knew was that I was falling and I couldn't do anything about it.

I was expecting to hit a hard surface but a huge, muscular hand broke my fall. I open my eyes to see a giant standing beside me and two huge dragons blocking our way. I knew exactly what was going to happen, its what I was trained to do before I was kidnapped. I used my strong legs to catapult myself off its hand and at my target. Obviously surprising my attackers and the one who seemed to be on my side. "Assiah! Gehenna!" I shouted as I landed on the back of one of the dragons. And two blades appeared in my hands.

I jumped onto the dragon and I drove my blades into the nape of its neck, just above a vital point, and it fell to the ground. I quickly made my way to the other one when he turned around and swat at me with its tail and the impact sent me flying through the air only to be caught by a man that seemed like he came out of no where. After dropping me to a roof top, he circled back around to the second dragon and took him out in a single swipe of the blade. I had no idea who these people were but they saved my life twice now. I have to find out who they are and where they came to learn those skills.

***TIME SKIP***

I woke up a few days later in what looks like an infirmary. Realizing what had happened, I tried to get up but fell back on the bed in constant pain. A few seconds later two men walked into the room. "This is her?" the blonde one asked. Directing his and my attention to the shorter one. "Yeah. I'm guessing from Eren's description, he said that she saved his life from what looked to be like a creature from an unknown origin. When I found Eren, he was in his titan form and had two enemies in front of him." he looked in my direction "The rest can be explained in the report."

The blonde one walked towards me. In response of my confusion and fear, a three foot elf appears up by my side. "What the hell do you think you're doing?! Approaching her highness without announcing your reasons. Such disgrace and..." I cut him off by covering his mouth. Such an annoying little brat he was. The two men looked confused. So I decided that I had to explain. "I'm sorry about Assiah." I said in a low but understandable voice. "Anyways, I'm Naomi Scarlet. And those giant creatures were dragons." They still looked confused. "Okay how can I explain this in a way you can understand... Oh, I know!" I looked at him then back at the two men. "No no no no and did I mention. NO!" Assiah shouted as he pointed his finger at the men. "How can you show them THAT if you don't even know what their intentions are and more or less who they are! And you would be breaking-"

"The most important rule my father put into place. I get it! But I feel its the only way I can get them to trust me and believe what I'm trying to tell them!" I looked back at them. "Your names would be?" I questioned. "Oh! I'm Commander Erwin Smith, and this is Lance Corporal Levi Ackerman." the blonde replied. After he said that a female with glasses came barging into the room and passed the men and came directly to me. "Oh my gosh!" she said with a smile that covered her face. "Is this her? The few that got a peak when she was being brought in said she was a beaut but now that I can see her up close..." she looked over at the one they called Levi. "She's stunning! And, who is this?" she looked at Assiah. Who then shrunk himself down to about three inches and hid himself behind my neck. "Ha, this is Assiah, and I'm Naomi Scarlet. You must be..." I smiled. "Oh, I'm Hanji, Hanji Zoe. Its a pleasure to meet you." she said returning the smile.
