The Assassin

Chapter 1: Forever Alone

Once upon a time there was a small family, there were 2 children named Agares and Netharel they were around the same age but Netharel is 3 months older. Agares and Netharel always wanted to be like their mom and be a Demon Hunter so they could meet their dad.

Both of them trained everyday for 12 years until their mom told them that they were ready to go look for him. Agares and Netharel got ready to leave home when they heard a loud scream come from inside their house and they ran to see if their mother was ok but when they got there it was too late.

 Agares and Netharel looked around and tried to find evidence that their mom was attacked. They spent 12 hours looking for her and evidence and they found nothing, they got really worried and they went out front and saw a mob of villagers outside and they kept on saying "Y'ALL ARE DEMONS".

When the knights came they grabbed the boys and took them to the castle and lead them to the king. The king asked them if they were spawns of the devil queen, but they never replied or moved a muscle. When the king threatened Netharel's life and that made Agares mad and he punched the king in the face and broke his nose. 

The king ordered his knights to take the young boy to jail for 16 years for the assault of the king. When they grabbed Agares and dragged him away and that made Ketharel really mad and he ran after Agares.

When Ketharel ran after Agares the Guards grabbed him and dragged him back to the king so he could give him a reason to fight for him. The king told Ketharel that if he wanted his brother back he would have to protect him for 4 years.

Ketharel didn't know what to say so he asked the king if he could have sometime to think about it and the king allowed it. The king told Ketharel that he had 3 days before his offer is no more, then he told his guards to take him to his room.

Ketharel didn't know what to do because he knew that if he said no he would probably never see Agares again but if he says yes he might become a different person and then Agares didn't want to see him anymore. When Ketharel got to his room he saw a girl in there and he thought maybe the knights brought him to the wrong room, so he asked them why there's a girl in his room and they said.

If you tell the king yes that girl in there will be your wife. Ketharel got really confused but he didn't say anything, so he walked into the room and told the girl hi and he asked her for her name. The girl said that her name was Alyssa Barton.

Ketharel asked her if she was suppose to be his wife and she said yes she was so he got really said, so he asked her why she's suppose to be his wife and she said, "because it seemed like fun". It took Ketharel a little longer to decide on what to tell the king because he did want to save his brother but he didn't want to force a girl to marry him.

When it was time for Ketharel to tell the king his answer Ketharel told him, yes that he will be at his side for 4 years helping him. The king gave his thanks then shortened Agares sentence in jail. 

The king arranged the wedding for Ketharel and Alyssa, But 3 days before the wedding Ketharel told the king that he wanted a delay on the wedding so he could get to know Alyssa and the king granted his request.

Ketharel told Alyssa about the news on what the king said and she got a little happy. During the night Ketharel woke up to hearing some weird sounds so he looked outside the window and saw the guards chase this kid in rags around the yard, so he went out there and saw this 7 year old kid and he ran into Ketharel and the boy went flying well flipping.

While the boy was flipping the guards managed to grab him and Ketharel looked at the guards like "LET HIM GO NOW" in a way that made them let him go of the boy and the boy ran out of the kingdom and went home.

The guards escorted Ketharel back to his room and told him not to come out till morning. He agreed and locked the door and went back to bed.

When it was morning and Ketharel woke up Alyssa was gone and he saw the window was open so he talked to some guards and they said they never saw her leave the room.

When all of the guards were looking for Alyssa they saw a big bear one that they have never seen before. The guards alerted the other guards and the king about the bear so they sent out prisoners to fight the bear.

Ketharel was still outside when the prisoners came, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 prisoners came out and Agares was one of them and the kid from the other night was there to and Ketharel didn't like that.

When Ketharel saw the bear look at Agares he got scared and forgot that him and Agares got demon hunter training till he saw Agares run jump kick and back flip of the bear and everyone got happy because they thought that no one would die since they had Agares.

The boy got hit by the bear and Agares caught him set him down and then Agares's eyes turned black from his rage, because he didn't know there was a demon attached to the bear and it went to Agares and then he became a demon and his power tripled.

When Ketharel saw Agares's eyes he knew he got a demon attached to him so he smelt the air and Ketharel could smell a demon on Agares.

Agares ran from the kingdom and the boy followed him because that was his only escape.
