They blind folded me and picked the chair up with me in it and threw me out the back, I was still in my pajamas, but luckily... I still had my phone. Just after they took the blind fold off, i heard the door lock behind me. I couldn't believe that my mom would have let that happen.
As a kid she would tell me the stories of the Masten the first light keeper and how he defeated the grey counsel. I never understood why they killed the grey keepers. They never fought for the dark keepers but they had the ability to use the darksides powers. I always thought there was no reason for killing them, if you think about it the light keepers were just being selfish. The only reason to kill them was they could turn into a dark keeper. But never in history was there a documented grey keeper that turned.
In just a few seconds I pulled out my phone and dialed Alex's number, my hands wouldn't stop shaking, i was freaking out. After a couple beeps, Alex picked up "Hello?, what do you want it's 7 am...on a saturday!" Alex said in a tired voice, I quickly replied with "Alex? Um....I'm a grey keeper and my mother just abandoned me!...." i ran out of breath and spoke fast, "I need a place to stay...". Alex's mom was a grey keeper, so she would take me in, but she loved having me over. Alex took a deep breath then yauned, "Well...you could stay her..." I interupted him with " But you have to pick me up in the back alley of city hall, I'm freaking out!" his voice got louder as he said " Alright...Alright!, I'm coming i tell my mom and we'll be there, in ten minutes...". He hung up the phone.
Maybe, 15 minutes later, he and his mom came, i was shivering because it was in the middle of january and all I had on was a pain of fluffy pajama pant and black sweat shirt. He go out of the car and took off his jacket and wrapped it around me, he rushed me into the car and as we were putting our seatbelts on Anna, Alex's mom started talking, " Same thing happened to me when I was young, soon after I found out I was a grey keeper, my father was made the chairmen of the group your mother's in. He knew the day I found out, he's a mind reader, whenever I wasn't talking he would just read my mind and make comments on what i was thinking...They weren't always good ones, almost never would he be nice to me." I stopped her, and told he about how much my mom hated the grey keeper.
As we pulled up to their house, I felt someone breathing on my neck, like someone was next to me. I looked over and saw an aura. It was dark, and moving around in the car. It was like one of my night terrors. I squeezed my eyes shut thought to myself, 'it's not real, it's not real'
