 "Don Emilio, sorry but after all the treatment your prostate cancer have spread to your pelvis bone and spine" Dr. Romero said

Don Emilio, a multi billionaire who is behind the success of Blue Wave Resorts cannot believe what he just heard. He knows no money can cure what he has now and that his initial 5 year survival expectations has lessen to just a year, 2 at most. All he could hope for now is a miracle.

He is not listening to what Dr. Romero is suggesting now, he knows his time is running out and all he can think of is his only daughter Margarita.

Her daughter, her princess, the sweetest girl she once cradle... 

Eaten by all the hatred she felt towards her mother, the once sweet and joyful girl he knew shut-out herself from the world, and from him. After her mom left them when she was just 9 years old she started retreating into her own world, building a wall around her.

As for Don Emilio, he was also engrossed by his own hatred towards his wife Amanda, who left them for a man she said can give her the world, who can give her a better life. 

Full of hate, Emilio promised to himself that he will become one of the richest man in the Philippines and that Amanda will be sorry she left them. With all the rage he had forgotten that his daughter needs his love the most during those times and not the material things he began showering her thinking it would help her forget about her mom easily. 

He worked hard and gave all his time to start one business to another, having failed a couple of times until he finally get his luck. But on the sidelines his daughter felt neglected by his father, always begging for his time and affection. 

Still Don Emilio knows he was and still is a good father. He truly love his daughter who is his world, the only girl in his life. All he wanted was for her to be strong, not a weakling like her mom who threw everything because of her ambition and greed. He was over protective of her but failed showing his affection due to his own hatred. He pushed her to be the best.

"Don Emilio, when do you want Margarita to know? We would need her consent for your treatment this time and it's about time for her to know about your condition. Don Emilio? Don..." Dr. Romero

Breaking his thoughts he heard his doctor calling him.

"I won't subject to more treatment. I wish to spend all my remaining time with my daughter. I would like go back to Cebu". Don Emilio replied
