Run.
Run.
Run.
Amelia Jones had never been much of a runner or a fitness guru during her entire high school career. Now though, she wished she had. That would certainly have helped a lot in a situation like this.
"Amy! Come here, Amy. You know I won't hurt you." The words only encouraged Amelia to accelerate her speed as she jumped over broken branched and and squashed dried leaves under the weight of her combat boots.
"Amy! Where are you?" A chill went down Amelia's spine as the singsong voice got closer and closer to her. With one last push, in a desperate attempt to escape, Amelia Jones jumped over the cliff at the end of the woods and died.
No, she didn't die right away.
She had flied for what seemed like forever, feeling free.
Free.
And then gravity struck again and she was squashed to the ground under the weight of the tense winds.
Just like those died leaved that she squashed to the ground.
As her body crushed against the solid, rocky, surface, Amelia heard every bone in her body crack and disintegrate. Well, maybe not disintegrate but at least break in four different points.
She didn't even scream.
Well, she couldn't even if she wanted to.
Amelia let out a silent tears of agony as she felt her punctured lungs by her broken rib cage and her scarred and bleeding throat.
"Aww Amy! Are you 'k my dear?" Amelia whimpered and started crawling on the damp ground, her hands gripping anything as a foothold as she tried to keep on going with her run.
"Amy...why are you still trying to run away from me? " Amelia's body shook frantically as two cold hands grabbed he by her thin waist.
"Please don't make this more difficult than it already is" the voice whispered as she struggled in its hold.
"Let me go...p-please let me go!" the voice only shook its head.
"I-I beg you, p-please J-" But she was cut off before she could finish asking for mercy.
And the moon watched, as the unknown voice took an unconscious Amelia back to Hell.
