Chapter 4

Carter's P.O.V

When Aly said that I just said "it's nothing, I just gave her a hug". Aly's face dropped when I said that and I just said "what, she hugged me first so I just hugged her back" and she said "she doesn't like hugs but she hugged you first so it's good". After Aly said that me and tori have the same lunch which is now. I asked Aly if she could put Tori's and her number in my phone and she automatically takes my phone and types it in and then gives it back and says bye and I said bye too.

Tori P.O.V.

I was waiting for my friends that I sit with in the hallway by the vending machine when I saw Carter looking around I guess he was looking for me, stupid Aly and her big mouth. I thought about calling his name or running but I didn't run, I just stood there until he spotted me. When he finally spotted me and I said "hey" and he said "what's up". It was silent for awhile and then he said "umm Aly told me that you don't like hugs, why is that? Well I thought about telling him but I can't lie so I told him "my mom passed away and my dad left me and I hate being called Victoria because it reminds me of my mom". After I said that tears started to form in my eyes, I was only 5 when my dad left me with my grandparents and I barely see him anymore. Then he saw me crying.

Carter's P.O.V.

When I saw her crying, I went in for a hug and rubbed her back and I said "I'm sorry, I didn't know that happen" and she just sniffed and said "it's fine" and she pulled out of the hug and wiped her and looked at herself through her front camera. Then she looked at me and said "do I look fine", I just stared for a moment and then I said "yes, you look gorgeous". I knew that I made her happy because she was blushing and smiling and so cute. I snapped out of it when I heard her say "I heard that but thanks" and that's when I knew that she heard me.
