Then using the plus sign in the corner I add an empty layer

Using the shapes tool again, I choose 'Stroke' instead of 'Brush' and set the thickness to 4, a good size

I made it black for cool effects, but whatever color you want works fine

Then if I access the layers tool again I can change the border to an overlay setting

Now I have this, which I take to Phonto to add text

Done and done. I used BebasKai for the author name, RazorBlade Regukar for watermark, and Brush Strike for the title

Back in PicsArt again! I'm using the edit tool, just put your texted image in

You can add an effect, HDR 1, HDR 2, and Vignette are my personal favorites. I used HDR 2 for this one

Then using the add photo tool again I took a lighting texture, and added it in. In the 'Blend' tool I can set it to either Overlay or Soft Light, which I chose Soft Light for this one
