I awake to a continuous tune coming from my phone I reached down to grab it but end up hitting the snooze button.
"10 more minutes won't hurt" I lied to myself, I knew that it would make a huge difference to what time I leave for school, I drifted back off to sleep. half an hour later the same process had repeated itself 3 times, I finally woke properly, I stretched and reached my hand down to grab my phone, my phone was telling me that I had gained a follower, I closed my eyes and clicked on the notification, hoping with all my heart that it would be one of the boys profiles that pops up, I waited 2 seconds and opened one eye, no just another JCat following me, I clicked the follow buttoned and followed her back. I yawned and stretched myself as far as I would stretch.
"the time!" I said alert all of a sudden. My phone read 6:40am by now.
"shit shit shit" I said sitting upright, I swung my legs out of the cover and ran to the bathroom, I took a quick shower, blow dried my hair and shoved it up in a messy bun, I pulled on my school polo shirt and my jumper, I slipped into my school trousers, roughly did my makeup, grabbed my bag and stepped out the door. I thought I was making good time but when I got to the school gate I realized I was late. I rushed to the main school doors, and quickly made my way through the school to the stairs. As I pushed the doors open to the sports hall I realized everyone was silent and miss was doing the register, everyone turned to look at me as I was stood in the doorway, I could hear my group of friends holding in their laughter.
"sorry" I say obviously embarrassed. I could feel myself going red, miss made a head signal for me to go and sit down, I walked quickly over to my group of friends, Mel, tall halfcast with curly light brown hair, jade, tall pale with straight dark brown hair, lizzie, chubby medium height with long straight black hair and emilia, tall pale with long blonde hair, as I approach them, they are all red in the face from holding in their laughter. Emilia goes to say something but I stop her in her tracks.
"Don't" I say sharply, they all look away from me and giggle. Miss finishes the register and tells us to go and get changed. we all slowly make our way down the stairs to the changing rooms.
"so why were you so late?" Lizzie asks. Before I can say anything emilia butts in.
"She was probably checking out Harry's pictures on Facebook" Emilia says with a wink. we all giggle.
"oooh Harry" all the girls say in unison. Harry's the school hottie, he is tanned, tall and soo hot, the girls are adamant that I like him ever since we walked home together once. I blush as he turns around because he hears his name, I turn my face away from him.
"Shutup!" I hiss at them, they're all in fits of giggles. The school day went pretty quickly, I walked home with the girls until we split up to go our separate ways, then I got my headphones out and stuck them in my ear, I clicked the music icon and pressed play, it was still on Union J from last time I was on it. I got to my house and put the key in the door, I turned it, opened the door, dad was still at work. I dropped my bag on the floor and went upstairs, I threw myself on my bed and grabbed my tablet, I held the on button, as I was waiting for it to turn on I took my hair down from my messy bun and put it up in a tight ponytail, I put my phone on charge and got comfortable in my bed, I immediately went on twitter to see if anything had been going on, nope nothing, a few of the boys tweets which I had kind of read in lesson when the teachers weren't looking, I had read something about a competition the boys are doing, I typed in George's twitter name and clicked on his first tweet.
"hey JCats! were doing a competition and if you win then you get a dinner date with all four of us, for a chance to win just hashtag #UnionDinnerDate" I read aloud. Hmm what have I got to loose? 'Please @UnionJWorld I love you all so much! #UnionDinnerDate" I press send tweet, and go back to where I was last night, watching the boys on YouTube.
