"Babe," the man pleaded. "Babe, come on."

Dev crossed his arms before saying firmly, "No." He stood taller than the other man in combat boots and a leather jacket.

"But babe... Babe. I can't even touch you with that goddamn silver. You know that. I've told you werewolves are allergic to it. Please... Just take the piercings out," he said, referencing to the red-haired man's jewelry scattered across his face.

"Now, why the hell would I do that?" Dev snorted.

The other man ran his hand through his black hair, greased back with gel. "Devon... I swear to god."

"Look, I'm not going to give up my goddamn badass reputation for you," he claimed. "That's just not happening Lee."

The Lee in question growled in a primal way under his breath. "Damn it!"

Dev smirked. "You're only this upset because you haven't gotten laid recently." He lazed over to his boyfriend's leather couch and lied down.

"And why do you think that is?"

As Lee looked irked, Devon shrugged. "Dunno. Your boyfriend must be an asshole or something."

"Oh, yeah," Lee played along. "He's a real piece of work. Maybe I should dump him. I'm getting real tired of his crap. What do you think?"

"Yeah, you're right. You should definitely get rid of him." Dev swung his legs over the edge of the couch and sat up as the other man began to walk towards him to sit down. "I'm sure he'll get over it. It's not like you're a catch or anything."

Lee smiled at him fondly when he wasn't looking. "You sure about that?" When Dev nodded, he continued. "Because I remember what you said last week when we were having sex-"

"Oh, shut up," Devon said quickly, smacking his boyfriend on the back of his head.

All sex appeal and stereotypical bad boy, he whispered, "Make me," right in his ear. Dev lost his playfulness and moved closer. As there lips were about to touch, Lee pulled away. "I would... But, you know, I don't really want to die. So..."

"Oh, fuck you, you son of a bitch." He hurriedly removed his lip and tongue piercings, along with the one on his left eyebrow, leaving them scattered around on the floor. Then he pressed his lips on Lee's and pushed his boyfriend back onto the couch.

"I should just kill you," Lee murmured against his lips.

His fiery devil smiled before speaking. "But you won't."

"Probably not," he whispered, "But you never know." The two of them kissed again slowly.

Dev grinned gleefully as he pulled away, "You'd never do it. I'm your mate. And your boyfriend. And you love me."

"Oh, really?" Lee raised an eyebrow at this remark. "Well, you're right. I do. I love you." He buried his head in the crook of Dev's neck to kiss along his neck and jaw. When he licked at the base of his boyfriend's neck, Devon shuddered.

Lee looked up into his eyes. Without hesitation or prompting, Dev said, "Do it now. Mark me."

"Babe... Are you sure?"

"Yes," he encouraged him. "It's been three months. I know you want to do it, and I trust you. Whatever happens, I'm with you."

The dark-haired man felt his heartbeat increase before he lowered his head once again and kissed him lightly all the way down his neck. Devon crawled off of him and smiled briefly to appease him, lying down to let Lee place his full weight on top of him.

Lee allowed his teeth to elongate as he carefully shifted his position until he was directly above his boyfriend, his mate. He began licking at the spot where he would mark him. Dev arched his back below him and rolled his head back to allow for more access. Then Lee sank his teeth into the place where the neck met the shoulder and claimed him, for better or for worse.

He felt his sharp canines disappear as he panted heavily into the crook of Dev's neck. "Are you okay?" Lee made sure to ask.

"I'm fine," was his breathless response.

Cuddling into him, Lee said, "I don't want to have sex, babe."

Dev laughed and it rang throughout the room. "Okay, Lee, okay." They lied there silent for a moment before he wondered out loud, "Are you ready to come out?"

"I'm never going to be ready, Dev. But I have to do it. It's killing me to not tell them." Another lull in the conversation. Then, "Are you?"

He threw his arm around Lee. "Actually," he started, "I already have. Last week."

"Did you really?" Lee sat up suddenly, propping his head up with his elbow. "Jesus. Man. I can't believe it. Now I'll have to work to catch up with you."

A hint of fear in his voice, Devon asked, "Are you disappointed I didn't wait to tell you?"

"Oh, god, no. I have never been so proud of someone in my entire goddamn life. What did they say? Are you alright?"

"I'm fine," he sighed. "And I didn't really want to stay around to see their reactions."

Lee hesitantly started speaking. "Do you... Do you want me to go to your classes with you tomorrow at the University?"

"No thanks. I don't really care what those people think, anyways."

"Yes, you do and you know it." Lee laughed. "But, okay. Just... Just tell me if you need me, okay? I love you."

"I know."

Lee sighed in an overly dramatic fashion. "Oh my god, you asshole." Devon didn't defend himself, just hummed lowly. "But we're in this together, right? I'm going to come out and you already did and it will all be okay."

"Of course."

This is a one-shot I wrote in the spur of the moment and I am really tired right now so forgive me if it's awful. I just felt like uploading already. It's not edited, so bear with me. And tell me what you think, alright?

P.S. This was inspired by a tumblr post but I can't for the life of me find it to give credit or put a link but I wrote down the prompt so here it is:

"I know you think silver jewelry and piercings look super cool or whatever but now I can't even get close to you so please, ditch your lame and lethal fashion" AU
