1. Kassadin the Void Walker
Reasons:
• Riftwalk deals more damage & mana cost every use. (via short period of time)
• Riftwalk refunds 50% mana when successfully hits enemy champion
• If acquired the blue buff from Golem, it increases the mana regeneration & cooldown reduction, there's no need to worry about the cost of mana & cooldown of every skill
2. Katarina the Sinister Blade
Reasons:
• Death Lotus increases it damage via bonus Attack Damage & Ability Power
• Voracity reduces cooldown of all skill by 15 seconds by killing enemy champion or assisting a teammate
• She doesn't have fury or mana; you don't need mana regeneration items & all you need is cooldown reduction items
3. Zilean the Chronokeeper
Reasons:
• Rewind reduces some cooldown of own skills by 10 seconds.
• Chrono Shift revives an ally with a set amount of health.
4. Fiora the Duelist
Reasons:
• Duelist ability deals effectively life steal, as she regenerates 7 + (Fiora's level) health over 6 seconds by attacking minions, super minions or champion
• Riposte reflects the basic attack of enemy minions, monsters & champions that deals magic damage
5. Veigar the Tiny Master of Evil
Reasons:
• If Baleful Strike kills a minion, Veigar gains AP permanently. This bonus is doubled for large minions, large monsters, and champions (AP stack depends to the level of Baleful Strike)
• Primordial Burst deals magic damage plus the target's AP by 80% as additional damage
• One of the champions who can get AP easily
6. Kayle the Judicator
Reasons:
• Hybrid attribute (AD & AP)
• Righteous Fury increases attack range for 10 seconds & deals magic damage (AP)
• If the attribute is hybrid, it deals more damage; especially when using Righteous Fury with high Attack Speed
• Intervention creates a shield for herself or ally, causing them to immune to damage for 3 seconds.
• If acquired Liandry's Torment, the Righteous Fury deals more magic damage via passive of Liandry's Torment; Eyes of Pain
7. Fiddlesticks the Harbringer of Doom
Reasons:
• Drain creates a leash & channeling for 5 seconds, dealing magic damage each second & healing himself for a percentage damage done
• Crowstorm let him channel for 5 seconds & teleport to a nearby location with wild crows around him that deals magic damage all enemy for 5 seconds within 600 range
8. Morgana the Fallen Angel
Reasons:
• Black Shield disables all incoming magic damage
• One of the champions who can disable all magic damage using Black Shield
• One of the champions considered as threat
9. Nasus the Curator of the Sands
Reasons:
• When Siphoning Strike gains high amount of stacks, it deals heavy psyhical damage
• Wither slows the target's movement speed by 35% for 5 seconds and the slow increases over the duration
• One of the champion with longest duration of slow
10. Jarvan IV the Exemplar of Demacia
Reasons:
• Cataclysm buils impassable terrain for 3.25 seconds
• Dragon Strike lowers the armor of target for 3 seconds and prone to more physical damage
• Golden Aegis slows enemies within range for 2 seconds and shields himself for up to 5 seconds and the shield gains strength for each enemy champion within range upon activation
• Demacian Standard have a passive that permanently grants Jarvan IV bonus armor and attack speed and active; allies also increase by it's passive
