I sat in the staircase and listened to my parents fight in the kitchen, of course they didn't notice me or hear me.
I wanted to come out but for that I had to wait for this to end and I don't know when would this finish.
I wiped away a tear that rolled down my left eye and decided to go upstairs so I wouldn't have to listen anymore.
I knew they were done fighting due the yelling was over and the house was silent.
I breathed in and out a couple of times trying to calm myself down.
I went downstairs and met them in the kitchen.
They began to yell at me and call me faggot and how much i was hurting the family, they were better off without me, and I knew they were right. Everyone is better off without me, I am a waste of space and no one really cares if I am still alive or not.
I filled a suitcase with some clothes i folded carefully and other things that I own.
I left the house before my dad could say a word, my mom was already drinking and it was so early still.
It's been three hours, I was sitting on a bench with my suitcase next to me, I had nowhere else to go, I had no friends so I couldn't crush at anyone's house.
I was on my own and I had to learn to survive that way.
My stomach growled, I was starving already.
I was walking down the streets looking for a place to eat when I bumped into a much older man.
He seemed gorgeous and so perfect, green deep eyes and brown hair, very tall and probably straight.
-What is a kid like you doing in the streets at this time of the day? Where are your parents? Are you lost?
-I....I...I...I got k...kicked out
He looked at me concerned and walked me into a coffee shop.
He sat with me at a table and bought me a cup of hot chocolate.
-If you don't mind me asking...
-Joey
-Joey, beautiful name for a beautiful boy like you, I like it.
I blushed and looked down nervous and ashamed.
-Why did you get kicked out Joey?
-f...for being gay
-Oh i see, i can totally understand what you are going through
-It's better if I g...go im sure you have things to do now
-No, I don't, in fact you can stop at my place for a few days
He said with a big smile on his face, I nodded my head and agreed with a smile.
I thanked him a million times and gave him a hug.
I separated quickly, maybe that was far? Maybe he doesn't like me to touch him? Why do i fuck everything up?
He took me to his car as soon as we finished our drinks, he put my luggage in the trunk and sat next to me.
As he was driving, he took one hand off the wheel and began to touch my leg.
I stared at him a bit worried and scared, was he a rapist? What have i gotten myself into? Oh Joey you never learn.
His hand got closer to my crotch and I panicked and moved it away.
-Sorry, that was too fast, maybe I should wait
-o...okay s...s...sure
I stutter a bit scared of him. What were his plans? What was he going to do to me?
