The Cross

The Cross Part 1

Hi, my name is Aj and this happened to me a few years ago. I was 13 when this happened and I am now turning 16. I was riding my bus all throughout middle school and this was my last year. I always saw the same things but on one Monday morning on the bus route I saw a mini, white cross sticking out of ground with flowers on it. I didn't think much of it because I thought someone just lost their pet and buried them there.  A few weeks later I started hearing whispering as the bus passed it and I thought it was just the other kids trying to pull a prank on me, so I ignored it. A few days later I saw two kids, who looked to be about nine or ten, running around the cross. They were pale, white, they kin of looked like ghosts. I told the bus driver to stop and when I went to ask them what they were doing, they were gone. About two weeks passed and I started seeing crosses, exactly like the white one on my bus route, everywhere. I told my mom but she said it was probably someone trying to mourn about someone who died. Once again I ignored it. I started seeing kids like the pale, white ones running and playing around every cross I saw. I told my my friends and mom but they thought I was losing my mind. A cross got put outside our house and I could never pull it out of the ground. It's like it was bonded to the ground. I started hearing and seeing the kids outside my window. Whenever I went to talk to them they ran off into the woods and disappeared. I started hearing kids singing "Ring Around The Rosie" at night, and to make it even scarier, they sang it so slow. That night I woke up and saw one of those kids in my room, I couldn't move or scream so I just fell back asleep. The next morning I told my mom and of course she didn't believe me. That night I set up my old camera in my room before  I went to sleep. When I woke up, I went to get my camera but it wasn't there. When I asked my mom about it she said that she hadn't touched it. I went back to my room and found the memory card on the floor, I watched hat was filmed the night before and saw the kid grab my camera and look directly into the lens. His face was pale, white and his eyes were pitch black.
