Order of the Slytherin

Chapter 1 - The Letter That Never Came

"Sicilia, there's a letter for you"

As soon as I heard, I immediately rushed down to my father. The letter was on the countertop and I almost ripped it open. It had to the letter from Hogwarts! I had waited for that letter the whole summer. Actually my whole life, but now I finally had turned 11. 

I expected the letter to start talking, but it didn't. Instead it started eating itself. It fell to the floor and my parents started laughing.

"You will never get into Hogwarts," the letter screamed at me.

I looked in horror at the letter, then at my partens who where still laughing at me. I heard thunder outside and the walls started moving. I fell to the floor, my head spinning around and that's when I knew it. 

My eyes flew open and sat up in my bed, sweating. I mentally face-palmed myself. How could I actually believe that the letter came. I laid back down on to my bed and dreamed myself away to Hogwarts. To platform 9 3/4 and the Hogwarts Express waited to leave. All the other first years standing around me, as they welcomed us to the school. Me sitting on the chair with the Sorting Hat on top of my head and sorted me into Slytherin. Starting new exiting classes and make friendships for life. All the new....

Suddenly she heard a loud crash from downstairs. It sounded like lamp hitting the floor. I rolled over in her bed and looked at the clock at her nightstand. It was only 04.47. She then started hearing footsteps and they started talking. One of the voices sound just like my fathers and as I listened closer I could hear that it was him. Who were he talking to? And why this time of the night?
I always been the curious type, so i had to sneak down and see what was happening. I got out of bed and tip-toed down the stairs. The voices became louder and now I was sure that one of the voices was my fathers. I stopped at the end of the stairs and listened to their conversation. 

"You don't have to do this", it was my fathers voice. 

I slowly look around the corner in hope that I could get a glimpse of what was happening. I saw a tall figure dressed in all black and a mask over his face. Even though he's head was fully covered, I could see tips of platinum blonde hair sticking out. Around him were about five or six other men, dressed in black as well. My father was standing in front of him also dressed in black, but I could see his face. The tall man, clearly the leader or something, was pointing his wand at my father, which made my quite nervous. I knew that I shouldn't be eavesdropping, but I couldn't go back to bed now. 

The other voice replied, "I don't have a choice, my friend."

A second after that the man said something I would guess was a spell, directly at my father. He fell to the ground and I immediately covered my mouth with both of my hands. Everything in me wanted to run over to my father, but I knew that it would be a very bad idea. The men looked at each other and started leaving. The man with the blonde hair looked around and I forced myself to move, so he wouldn't see me. I pressed my back against the wall and waited until the house was filled with silence again. I looked out in the room and made sure they were gone. 
The room was empty, except my father on the floor. I could see he had trouble breathing. I rushed over to him and sat down beside him. 

"Sicilia" he said slowly. "Why aren't you sleeping?"

"What happened?" I completely ignored his question. "Please tell me you will be alright."

He didn't answer and tears started running down my face. He wouldn't survive. He reached his hand up and wiped away my tears. 

"Before I die, I want you to do me a favor."

"Anything, tell me what to do"

"Take over the order of the Slytherin"

I nodded my head, not really aware of what he was talking about. Right now I didn't worry about it. 

"Also have this," my father said and handed me a beautiful emerald ring. 

A/N:  This is my first story, so it's properly really bad, but I hope you enjoy it anyway. Please leave a comment and tell me what you think. The next chapter will a little more get-to-know the person and stuff like that. 
I will not be uploading chapters very often, because I want to take my time to write them. Thank you all for reading it and I hope you will keep reading it.
