Special Chapter: the Beach

Ashe giggles whilst running on the hot sand picking a spot and setting her things there. She had come early to get a good spot and beat the boys here. Grabbing her bags that she brought with the beach umbrella hooks to one of the bags, and put it in the sand. Opening it up, Ashe smiles while putting her chair down on the ground,

“Ashe, you here already!?”

Hearing her name, Ashe looks up seeing the boys running towards her, as she smiles she stood up waving to them yelling out their names.

They spot her and Yoh and Horohoro all ran towards her, and they both set their stuff down, shedding off all their clothes leaving on their trunks and ran to the ocean. Ashe laughs a little bit grabbing their clothes and folding them.

“I don’t see why you keep cleaning after the two idiots, Ashe. You know they can clean up after themselves.”

Ashe giggles and looks at him after setting the stuff down and stretching. “Nah, I’m not worried about cleaning up after them, besides, I’m used to cleaning up after Yoh since he liked to make messes at my house.”

Ren crosses his arms and walks to the beach and she giggles taking off the jacket she was wearing, folding it onto the towel quickly, she turns to face the water. Feeling someone looking at her, she glances over seeing Horohoro blushing over her bathing suit choice which was a red, two-piece strapless bathing suit, with the top connected by a purple ring.

She had a silver navel ring that had the mark of the Harada Clan dangling in front of her belly button, a Star of David with a circle of waves around it; she smiles waving towards him as he fell backwards with red gushing out of his nose. Ashe blinked twice and giggles lightly taking off her flip flops. Ashe ran to the water as the ghosts stayed near the umbrella.

Ashe walks into the ice cold ocean and dived in, she had very good lungs so she could hold her breath for a half hour, she opened her eyes and continues swimming around. Her short hair followed her movements she stops swimming for a bit and looks around seeing colored fish swim around her.

Ashe smiles and went back to swimming and followed the fish. When she finally had enough of swimming she swam back up to the surface and appears in front of everyone who was looking for her, they jumps from their spots in the water seeing her staring at them with a confused look on her face.

“What?”

“You were gone for almost a half hour, what were you doing down there?!” Manta yells at her in question.

Ashe and Yoh laugh at them and she began explaining. “I can hold my breath for a very long time due to my training.” She giggles. “It comes in handy if someone lets out a harsh fart or whatever.”

The boys continues staring at her and she laughs at their faces along with Yoh and she swam back to the beach sand and got out shaking her head getting the excess water out of her hair as she grabbed the towel Black Rose Dragon handed her, Ashe smiles gently thanking her quietly. Black Rose growls happily and floats around her best friend.

Ashe walks to her towel with her partner behind her and sat down in her spot putting her sunglasses on her face and began tanning a little bit. The boys continues splashing around, Ren sitting in his seat and Lyserg laughing at Morphine, Amidamaru and Black Rose Dragon ganging up on Bason to play with them, Tokagero laughing at them whilst Ruby stayed near his partner.

Ashe giggles at them whilst Horohoro splashes Ren and they began running around.

‘This was a long needed break from fighting...’ Ashe smiles. ‘I wonder what’s next for us...’ Ashe looks to the sun filled sky and then felt water on her, blinking, the young girl looks down at them and Yoh grins her way.

“It’s on, Asakura!” shouts Ashe and chases him with a laugh.

The chase was on.

And the worries disappear.
