Tyler's POV ~

November 20th
Today is my doctors appointment, ever since November 1st ended I've had horrible pains and aches throughout my body. I didn't tell anyone until one night I woke up screaming, Josh wrapped his arms around me but oddly it didn't help. The pain was still there. I didn't want to worry my wife and especially not the clique.

My thoughts interrupted to the sound of my alarm, I grabbed my phone & turned off my alarm heading to the shower. After I was all done I put on my big grey sweatshirt and black skinny jeans I wore 24/7.

Once I got to the doctors office I was full of hope. I didn't think it would be anything serious but I couldn't help to have negative thoughts.

You're not going to make it. Blurryface is taking control. Even if you were sick no one would care. Tyler you're sick because no one loves you.

I shook my head and tried pushing the dark thoughts aside. The doctor called me in so I headed towards the long dark hall. After about an hour of test and X-rays the doctor said he'd call me when he found out what was wrong with me.

I decided to text Jenna and spooky Jim in our group message.

TY- hey guys want to hang out tonight?

SJ- Yeah I just need to finish helping Jordan with some stuff I'll be over at 5.

JJ- lol Tyler I'm already home waiting for you

I closed my phone smiling, sometimes I forgot Jenna was always there for me and Josh. I never ever would want to lose them id die of a broken heart.

After awhile of going through Instagram and reading stuff the clique post I giggled at their cuteness. I heard the door bell ring and I jumped up with excitement. I ran to the door and koala hugged my best friend.

"I missed you spooky"

"Lol ty its hasn't even been 24 hours since we've been together"

There was something about our relationship that was different to any other one I've ever had. Josh was an angel to me, I've never met someone so amazing in my life. I've had best friends before but nothing like josh, I'd always love josh because he was my Jishwa. We decided to get Taco Bell, when we got outside Jenna and Josh both yelled "SHOTGUN" but josh won by a good three seconds. I giggled at their goofy ness and we made it home, thankfully quick because josh and Jenna were singing at the top of their lungs. I was trying to be as positive as possible but my chest hurt physically and emotionally.

After a few hours of watching scary movies (even though Halloween past) I got a call. The call. I was scared. I didn't want to show it but I was nervous. I grabbed my phone and headed to the back room for privacy.

"Hello Tyler how are you?" -Doctor

"I'm good. What are my results?"

"I think you should come in so we can talk about it"

"No Doc I want to know now please the anxiety is killing me"

"Tyler I don't know how to tell you this, you're an amazing soul and it kills me"

"Doc what are you saying?"

"Tyler Joseph you have Heart Cancer, it's extremely rare and you need a heart transplant."

I hung up the phone and my face went pale. Everything around me went blurry and black. No. no. No. this can't be real? This is a dream right? No I can't have cancer not now, not now that I'm actually happily married, I have a best friend I'd die for, I have the clique that I use for support and...this just isn't real. My Chest was aching even more strongly. How was I going to go tell Josh and Jenna this. I wasn't going to get a heart donation I knew that for a fact, I knew those were rare and I didn't want anyone dying for me. I couldn't leave Josh or Jenna. I walked slowly into the living room hearing faint giggling from the people I love most in the world. Was this one of the few last moments I had with them? They both turned their heads at me looking instantly worried as my skin was pale and the look of terror on my face. I suddenly couldn't breathe and I started panicking.
