"Ill protect you."

I'm done. I'm so done. I'm done with school. I'm done with the work, and everyone in it. The teachers, and especially the kids. Just everything about school I hate. The only thing I'm focused on right now is my relationship.

I know, I know. That's the opposite of what we are told.

But me and Cam have trust issues, okay?

He doesn't trust me when I say I won't cut myself because of what the girls at school say.

And that leads us to this:

I was at school one day, in social studies when I got a text from a weird number.

"You'll never pass. Everyone knows you have an F in SS... So don't even try. Nobody cares about you or your life."

I sighed. I knew exactly who it was.

Emma Reely.

She's been my bully since 1st grade. I never did anything to her. But for some reason, she hates me. And it's affecting a lot.

•

The bell rang. I gathered up my things and walked down the hall. Someone grabbed my pink sweatshirt and turned me around.

I was facing Emma Reely who in which had a large smirk on her face.

"Y-yeah?" I tried to say. I didn't want to seem like I was scared. Well, to late for that.

"Oh, nothing. Just the way you look bothers me. Here, let me fix it."

I tilted my head, slightly confused. That was until water poured down my head, I felt my lip quivering. Everyone turned facing us, laughing.

I ran to the bathroom, crying. I looked at myself in the mirror. I was a complete mess. Mascara everywhere on my face. I had blotches of makeup everywhere. I promised Cam that I wouldn't cut myself, but I was so upset, I just wanted to die.

I took out a small pocket knife that I always kept with me, and cut my arm. Not one, not two, but nine times all across my arm. There was blood everywhere. On the sink, on my hands, especially on my arm.

I realized anyone could've saw me, so I cleaned everything up. I tried to fix my awesome hair *sarcasm*, and redo my makeup.

When I was finished, I guess I looked decent enough to go out in public again, so I rolled down my sleeves and walked out of the bathroom. I walked down the hallway running my fingers against the metal lockers. All of a sudden I was pushed against them.

"Cameron!" I laughed, "what are you doing?"

"Nothi-" He glanced at my sleeve, his bright smile faded. He looked at me angrily.

"What the hell is this?" He grabbed my arm and roughly rolled up the sleeve.

"You promised you wouldn't do this anymore Y/n!"

He leaned in. I could feel his hot breath against my cheeks.

"I-I'm sorry Cameron..."

I could feel tears burning my eyes. He stroked my cheek.

"The only person who should be sorry is the person who drove you to do this." He whispered, biting my lip.

I was crying, he finally kissed me, pushing me against the locker more.

"Promise me you won't do this anymore, please..." He whispered against my lips.

"I-I-I promise..." I said quietly.

"Are you mad at me?" I asked pulling away.

"Y/n, I can never be mad at you for doing something like this. You had a good reason. That doesn't mean you should do it, I don't want you harming your beautiful self. I love you to much..." He said, cupping my cheeks in his soft hands.

"I love you too..." I said smiling, running my fingers through his hair.

"Don't worry about anything babygirl, I'll protect you." He whispered against my lips.
