Careers reaping

District 1- Rose's Pov: 

Oh! My body aches so much from that early morning training session I had, but I still can't stop fidgeting all throughout the capitols film on the rebellion. I just need to keep calm and listen for the girls name being called so I can volunteer for her- whoever gets called. Quite a few girls have permission by their trainers to volunteer it's just whoever gets in first gets the shot of glory. I'm so excited to volunteer- I just need to concentrate! 

Suddenly I'm pulled out of my thoughts very unpleasantly by a honey sweet voice: "ladies second" oh the boys name has been called, great. I'm gonna be up on that stage shaking hands with a boy I didn't watch get reaped and won't know the name of for ages. "Sapphire Hawking" oh, that silky Capitol accent is so silly that's all I can think of as the district one escort orders me to shake hands with the boy,who I now recognise as the one who asked my father for training advice,though I'm jolted out if this mood by my crying mother coming into say goodbye. She never wanted me to do the games -it was my father that wanted me to- she doesn't think I have what it takes, well I'll prove her wrong.

District two- Ruby's pov: 

I need them not to call my name I just need them not to- if I get called I know the girl from my school will volunteer for me. I just know it. If my name gets called then I can't volunteer for the hunger games, glory and revenge. I need revenge on district one and that brat who killed my cousin in the rebellion; we are the same age and I just know she will volunteer for the female tribute in her district. I'm lost in pleasant revenge thoughts until I hear the high pitched Capitol accent saying "Ladies first!" I tense ready to step forward and then I hear the name "Alic-" cut of by my voice "I volunteer!".

District four- Shayne's Pov:

Only the salty sea breeze is willing to take my place. How did this happen!?! Oh yeah, probably because I'm now eighteen. Nearly safe from reapings for basically ever! Why did I have to get reaped? So annoyed! I'm never safe now, not even if I win! Oh well at least I have the career pack unlike that loser, that girl from my district,which has just been reaped, yeah she is such a loser always sucking up to the teachers at school and earning money for her family. I hate her! At least she doesn't have the career pack- I will certainly make sure of that!
