Rape only happens to girls that ask for it
They never stop to notice that the smiling girl was actually dying
Deep inside she is dead
The light taken from her
Her innocence stolen
Nobody ever asked the little girl if she was okay
Blinded by their own poison they never noticed the girl
They didn't notice until it was too late
Too late to stop the gun from being triggered
Creating a wound so deep
The wound eventually healed, but the scar remained
A reminder that the girl was no longer a girl but a woman
A woman who is a fighter
A fighter, who's head is permanently on a swivel
Yet the scar shows she is strong, but also makes her feel weak
Constant reminder that nobody noticed the the girl until it was too late.
