A New Darkness

Nal Hutta

Kylo Ren stalked on to the brigade looking amongst the quiet generals and lieutenants. he reached the front and turned to his colleague.

"What is the status report." He said turning towards the red haired general.

He looked down at his data pad then back up to Ren. "It seems that there have been sightings of a man carrying a piece of the map to Luke Skywalker. It seems as if were in luck today; Supreme leader will be please by our find." Ren nodded and quickly snatched the data pad out of the generals hands then excited the brigade in a swoop of his cloak.

He walked the halls of the Finalizer reading on the data pad passing by storm troopers that moved out of his way cowering in fear.

He stopped in front a large set of black marble doors and removed his glove and placed his hand on a scanner that allowed him access into the room. he stepped inside and the doors slammed shut behind him echoing though out the empty room. He walked down the large black cat walk that ended in the middle of the room.

He entered a code into the key pad beside him and knelt. After a minute a projection of the supreme leader appeared.

"Arise Kylo Ren," Kylo got to his feet and looked upon his master. "I trust you bring me good news." He said.

"Yes my master, we have just received information that there is a man on the planet Nal Hutta. apparently he goes by the name of Jetal; he was apparently a close friend of general Organ. It says that he was gifted with the force but it was such a minimal amount that the only thing he can do is lift a glass." He said reading the report.

Supreme leader leaned back in his throne and looked down. "I want you to go retrieve the piece of the map as soon as possible. This task should not be hard. Retrieve the map then we're one step closer to Skywalker. Go my apprentice and leave as soon as possible." He leaned forward, "Do not fail me Kylo Ren." He spoke then closed the connection.

Kylo Ren pushed his way through the doors and barked at the first storm trooper closes to him to go and prepare his shuttle in an hour and stormed off to find Hux.

The General usual was found on the brigade telling people what to do and that was exactly where Kylo found him.

"Hux!" Kylo barked walking up to him.

"Yes Ren," He said raising an eyebrow at the man dressed in black.

"I have talked to Supreme leader Snoke about the map and I am to go and retrieve it. I want five storm troopers to accompany me on my shuttle within the hour." And with that he stormed off.

Kylo stalked down to the hangar to find his shuttle at the ready and five storm troopers standing at the entrance. He climbed up into the cockpit and told the pilot to take off.

"This is RK-056 asking permission to undock." One of the pilot said into the radio. "RK-056 you have permission from the bridge to undock."

The cables holding the ship came undone and the ship took off leaving the star destroyer in the distance. "Sir we are preparing the hyper jump, we will be arriving at Nal Hutta in 10 hours time."

"Very good." Kylo Ren said then walked off to his quarters.

The room was small but it was comfortable. He sat down in the middle and removed his helmet and began to meditate.

He was awoken by the sound of a knock at the door. "Milord Ren, we will be arriving at Nal Hutta in quarter of an hour,"
He got up and walked to the door while putting his helmet on. Outside there was a storm trooper waiting for his response. He opened the door and salked his way into the cockpit.

"I want you three to stand guard of the ship," he pointed to three of the storm troopers. "And I want you two to come with me." He said to the other pair.

When they landed, it was morning and. The sun was rising casting a orange and red glow on some of the trees and buildings.

The landed in the docking area. Kylo and the two storm troopers walked down the ramp into the busy hangar.

Everyone stopped what they were doing to get a look at the new dark figure walking amongst them. He walked up to the hangar chief and asked. "Do you know a man by the name of Jetal?"

The man stroked his chin with a large greasy hand. "Jetal ye say. Nope never heard of 'im."

"Im going to ask you this one more time." Kylo said igniting his lightsaber  and pointing it at the mans neck. "Have you ever heard of a man named Jetal?"

"Y-y-yeah. I have. He a strange feller. Don't like no body. He keeps to 'im self."

"Where can I find him?" Kylo asked turning his lightsaber off and clipping it on his belt.

"He lives out of tha city."

"Get me your fastest speeder."

"Yessir," the man said and walked off.

"You two head back to the ship. this might take longer than I expected." both troopers saluted him the walked off to the ship. 

The man came back with a slick speeder with red and blue designs. "h'ere ya go. You can have it if ye like."

"thanks" Kylo said. He quickly peered into the man mind to see the route to Jatel's house the mounted the bike and speed through the busy city markets. Once on the road out of town he speed till he came to a turn off into a mist covered swamp area.

He ditched the speeder since there were to many plants covering the road and that it would be hard to see. He walked until he saw a house covered with mist.
