Awakening
The war between the mirror spanned a full year.
I fought day in and day out.
Never letting anyone see me break.
It would be at night alone,
Where everything weighed down upon me.
My mind scattered in all directions.
This was how I spent my nights.
Not learning,
Not studying,
Not even finding entertainment.
Time was spent fighting.
Tortured on what I was unable to do.
I would break my chains,
Only to find I was in a cage.
Then there comes a certain time.
A time where all that is left is love.
The breaking point of many.
Life and death.
Don't go deep into your mind.
For no matter how much strength you possess,
You will get lost

PoetryA couple of poems I wrote when I was fourteen. They are quite cringey to me, but what hell why not publish it.
