DANIELLE GLARED AT the blackboard as her teacher talked about equasions. She really hated math. She wanted to check her phone to see if Tom texted her but Ms. Collins would give her detention if she knew Dany had her phone with her.
Then suddenly, a voice came from her bag. Dany's eyes widened and Carter turned towards her with his eyebrows raised.
"Anything you wanna tell me?" he whispered.
"I have my phone in my bag and I think someone just texted me."
Her phone rang again and this time Jenny who was sitting in front of her turned too. "Ms. Collins is gonna kill you." "I know."
She decided to slowly take her phone out and mute it. She pretended to drop her pencil and bent down to open her bag. She slowly opened it, and took her phone out to see that it was Tom who had texted her. She couldn't help but smile.
She quickly put the phone under her desk and opned it to mute it but then another message came. Crap.
Ms. Collins's head turned toward her so fast Dany was suprised she didn't get a whiplash.
"Miss Blake? Anything you want to share with the class? She walked toward her and held out her hand.
Dany sighed and gave her phone to her.
"Detention after school." Then she turned and continued with the class.
