Beep! Beep! Beep! You wake up to the sound of your screeching alarm. Instead of turning it off you put a pillow over your head to drown out the noise. You are able to go back to sleep for ten minutes before the screeching sound comes back. With a defeated sigh you turn over and smack your hand down on the off button. You lay in your bed for a few minutes before looking at the clock that says 7:30 and telling yourself you have to get up because you only have an hour to get ready.
You unravel yourself from the blankets and then sit at the edge of your bed so you can put your slippers on. When you finally get out of bed, you practically drag yourself to the bathroom, the first thing you do is turn on your curling iron so it can heat up while you go make yourself some food. You make your way the kitchen and throw some bread in the toaster and make yourself a bowl of cereal and then turn on the television to listen to the Gotham Nightly News.
You look over at the clock once you've finished eating and see you only have thirty minutes now to get ready, so you quickly make your way to the bathroom to do your H/C in light curls and golden eye makeup. The makeup of course matching your work "uniform" I guess you could call it. Your outfit is what you call a scandalous jester costume. It has thin golden shoulder straps, and is decorated with black and gold diamonds and a pair of thigh high stockings with golden lace at the tops, and a pair of black high platform stilettos. To top of the look you just add a bit of gold body jewelry and it just makes it pop. You were always proud of how you looked for work.
