This house is ginormous. Let's just hope we get to stay here more then those other shitty houses. You open the doors with your family behind you. "Y/N, you seem a little bit eager to get in," your mom said giggling. You looked behind you and rolled your eyes.
"The only reason I'm "eager" to go inside is to get out of the heat," you said walking inside. "I'm going into my room so don't bother me," you ran upstairs ignoring them saying your name. You open the door to your room and slam it behind you. You stared at the door for a second. You knew the only reason you moved here was so your dad could get close to that bitch he was cheating on with your mom. Your eyes started to fill with tears.
Just remembering how you went on the laptop to do some stupid essay and instead saw the messages between your father and her. You wiped the tears off your face and turned around to go to bed when you saw someone. He was a guy with dirty blonde hair, brown eyes and was tall. "Umm... W-Who are you and what are you doing here?" you didn't really care that he was there you just wanted to know why.
"I'm Tate and I was just wondering around the neighborhood and decided to check out the house. I didn't think anyone was here," he didn't seem to care that he barged into the house. You looked down thinking wether or not to introduce yourself, when your thinking was interrupted. "Aren't you gonna introduce yourself?" you looked at him blankly till the words sank into your brain.
"Oh right I'm Y/N. I just moved here," you walked towards the bed and sat down. "I don't believe you," you paused "I don't believe your story about walking around the neighborhood and the door was unlocked," Tate looked at me shocked.
"What do you mean?" he managed to say.
"I can tell when people are lying, so why don't you tell the truth? It won't hurt ya."
Tate looked down annoyed. " I gotta go my dad is probably worried about me," he walked to the door and opened it and went out. He's so strange. But you wanted to find out the truth. So you jumped off the bed and ran into the hallway,but he wasn't there. You went to the
stairway and he wasn't there either.
He's a fast one you thought to yourself.
