Chapter 1: Him

I sat there in Spanish with my best friend Doile. Talking about his friend he wanted me to meet. Of course we were supposed to be studying but I always ace my test so I didn't care. "Come on Rosalie I bet you'll think he's hot!" He begged. I didn't really feel like meeting a new guy but what the hell if he's hot I might as well say hi. "Ugh fine when do I meet him?" I sighed. "Today in lunch if you sit with me..." He pleads. Now don't get me wrong I'm not a stuck up snob but I am more popular than Doile and this friend he wants me to meet, so sitting with them isn't something I'd normally do.

" Just this once I guess, but my friends will so hate me for it." I agree reluctantly. And yes my friend will hate me for it because like many others at Rotenburg High school they don't like this friend of Doiles. Doile smiles and packs up his stuff because the bell has already rang. "See you in lunch Rosalie!" He laughs and walks out of the room. I know who he wants me to meet. His name is Anthony Galvani. He moved here this year from some preppy school. He's a total player, or so I hear from his 6 ex girlfriends... in the first 6 months he's been here. Oh and his current girl Malaria! He has amazing tan skin and is quite tall. His eyes are very very blue and he has the hottest thick, dark eyebrows to mach his dark brown hair, that he always keeps styled.

Man I hope I don't fall for him. The rest of my classes breeze by mostly because I'm not paying much attention. But once I get out of English I feel a little nervous. "Hey!" My friend Kamri shouts behind me. I jump! "Holy shit don't do that to me!!" I whine. She laughs and says sorry. " so can we go to lunch now? the boys are waiting for us!" She asks. Uh oh how do I tell her I'm sitting with the people that all my friends don't like? And there is a reason they don't like them. Well Anthony in particular, he stole our friend Zeds girl Malaria. "Um Kamri I am actually sitting with Doile today..." I say shyly. Gasp!! "What omg Rosie why!?" She screams. "Idk because Doile begged and I gave in." I whine. She just shakes her head and walks into the lunch room.

I see my normal table greet her as she sits down. Every seat is full except mine. Amy,Kamri,and I are the only girls in the group. Then there is the boys Zed,Gilbert,Bryan,Arnold,and Arthur. They all look at me as I head to Doile's table. I sit in between Doile and of course Anthony. The rest of the table I barley know so I just focus on Doile. "Ok um Rose this is Anthony." He says and nudges me closer to Tony. "Hey I'm Rosalie" I say with an instant blush. He laughs " I know who you are Rosalie, ever since I first  sat with you in ABC order lunch detention." Oh wow he remembers me! I wasn't very nice to him that day. But we spend lunch talking and laughing and he invites me to skip study hall with him. So of course I gladly except the offer,not knowing where it will lead us.
